Air Pro

After some problems with our air conditioning we called Air Pro. The tech was rude and informed us that the ac compressor was out and had to be replaced. When we asked if it was over or under a thousand dollars he wouldn't give a straight answer. When we asked if he was just saying it was the compressor for more money (people had already told us that Air Pro did that) he got defensive and never denied it or explained why the compressor needed replacing. Called another company and he came and told us the compressor was perfectly fine and showed us EXACTLY what was wrong and the test he ran to distinguish the issue. (It was a lot smaller and cheaper than the compressor and he explained that our recent power outage caused the issue) He was amazing and educated us a bit about how it works and what was wrong. Air Pro was trying to get us for all the money they could! I was furious! I would highly recommend staying away from these guys!!!!

Came to our office multiple times after our back AC unit kept leaking. Paid over $800 for repairs that never fixed the job. They wanted me to replace the unit.

Called another AC company and fixed the job for half the price. I would stay away from this company, repairmen obviously see $$ on a call and will not fix the job. In fact, they get paid by the hour and spent all day on a job that the second AC company took less than 1 hour to fix.

They came out the next day and fixed everything.

Don't know why they are called "PRO AIR??? "... I guess they misspelled it, should be "No AIR"
