We had a brand new house built in 2021...when we had a warranty on the house we had to have a technician come out because the air wasn't coming out evenly throughout the house...the most important rooms which are our master bedroom and master closet. He did whatever with a laptop I believe and all.was good just for a few months. Now it's back to not cooling the master bedroom and closet hardly at all!!! I've had a few older rent houses that never ever had this kinda trouble...embarrassing really. Today's products and craftsmanship suck today!!

Able was a GREAT technician!!! Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, personable and arrived a little early. He got right to work, found the problem and had my ac working properly with twenty minutes. I was VERY PLEASED with Able and will request Able in the further. I will tell all my friends and family members to call Bodine-Scott for their heating and ac work and request Able to be their technician. Bodine-Scott is blessed to have such a wonderful man like Able working with them. He deserves a hundred gold stars next to his name.

I've had many other projects done by Bodine that we're very well priced and the turn around time was reasonable so we invested in their maintenance plan. At the spring/summer check up they found my evaporator coils were super dirty even though I've been asking them and prior companies if it was good and they said yes. I felt really appreciative that the tech Abel showed me and gave a fair price for the clean up.

What's really bothering me is that as part of the maintenance checks that includes things like checking your wires, capacitors freon etc. Apparently the tech missed that the same contactor that Bodine installed in 10/2021 is faulty not even 2 years later. So it's been a back and forth for the last 2 weeks and their dispatch and other techs trying to alude to the fact that our compressor was relocated by another HVAC company had something to do with it. Them installing a new line set and hooking up to the new disconnect are completely unrelated to the contactor 1 - not being identified as faulty and 2 - overcharging my system with freon which is never a good thing. Every single call for help has been met with significant delays to respond.

I will say that I've specifically reviewed the feedback that this company had and they'll call a customer a liar or call them out on any outstanding balances which is extremely inappropriate. I'm not one to withhold any sort of payment but since I've invested at least $4000 in both HVAC and plumbing work in the last two years, I think they can wait a few days to collect on the cleaning until they permanently fix this issue.

Bodine - we've been waiting since last week for a call from a supervisor and in the mean time they just push me off onto a dispatcher. This is not a oh it's hot outside issue. This AC has run just fine for the last 8 years. This weather is not foreign to the region. Please get someone out here tomorrow to fix this please!! This is costing me a ton in electricity in addition to all the other service calls I've had to ensure the other company is not liable.

It took 9 days to get my condenser and pad leveled to prevent possible pipe rupture. Maybe took so long because my situation wasn't an emergency. Techs were very friendly and did a very fine job.

If my builder didn't through them I would not dill with them. They came on a Friday. Needed to order a part so that was supposed to happen on Monday. Called Tuesday to find out when to expect the part to show and it is now Thursday and there has not been an update. I understand sometimes parts are hard to get but not letting me know an estimated time is upsetting. To top it off the service guy did not recommend running the AC and it is the one the runs the mane part of the house and my kids rooms. Really people all you needed to do was pick up the phone and say your part is expected on this date and we expect to be able to service your system shortly after.
