I've used NE H And AC for almost 30 years and have found then to be not only affordable but also very honest and dependable. I recently had my AC unit replace. The old unit was almost 30 years old. Coincidentally, it was installed by them! I would highly reccomended NE H and AC for you AC service, repair or replacement.

Kyle the plumber disconnected and then reconnected the gas line over 2 days during a foundation repair. When reconnecting he tested the system, made sure my stove and water heater were relit and good to go. All very quick and professional.

Be prepared to write a big check! These people came out on a Sat. and charged $300.00 without fixing the clog. They came back on Tues and spent hours at the house without finding the cleanout in the garage. $1000.00 later the plumbing was working. I have never paid more than $450.00 to unclog a drain and when I called the owner, Sean, he scoffed at me and said I should have told the plumber where the cleanout was. Really? Now it's the customer's fault for the plumber not knowing what he was doing? They are supposed to be the
experts. Wasn't aware they were having trouble locating it. The
complaint call did reveille I was doubled charged a service call and "Sean" said I was being so "nasty" he shouldn't refund me the doubled charged $99.00. I'm expecting to at least be refunded the double charge. Will not use these people again.

Northeast A/C service was excellent. It was a pleasant experience from the initial call to setup the appointment to the technician Jason's professionalism. They were on time, reasonably priced, found and fixed our problem quickly. A++++

Office staff was friendly. Had a problem with an A/C part, discovered during my Spring/Summer check up. The part was ordered and replaced in a timely manner. Jason, the repair technician was on time & performed the replacement. He was professional and polite. Really appreciate their prompt service in this heat. The A/c was still working, but could have gone out if the part was not replaced. I would highly recommend North East Air Conditioning to my family & friends.
