Bobby and Andre answered the call. Bobby quickly diagnosed the problem and used a snake to clear a deep clog in the drain line. Very professional and quick to fix the problem.

Superbly professional team, working in excruciating heat (104 degrees!), completed the job in one day. They had to work around problems with a 70-year old house, old wiring, and apparently sub-standard original installation issues. The city inspector said it was impeccably done.

Paul was ahead of time and ready to work. He quickly identified our problem and prepared a plan work plan. He applied measures that would prevent this probllem from happening again. I will continue to use North East for Air Conditioning and plumbing needs for my home and place of business.

Our 3yr old Trane Heat Pump stopped working. NorthEast AC sent David to diagnose the problem. David found the problem and ordered the parts. He returned 2 days later, installed and rechecked the unit. He is both courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Northeast AC and David. My only grumble is with Trane, warranty was 10yr parts but only 1 year labor, you would think labor would be covered by warranty for more than a year. johnh.

Again NE has done a great job for us! Highly recommend! Great company! Have been using for many years.
