Awesome response and service, I couldn’t be happier!!! My parents were without cool air for for a week waiting another company that I won’t name here (movie star). I called NE Air Conditioning and they got to my parents in two hours! Temp in the house was 87! They now have cold air!! Fast efficient with friendly workers… had my ac capacitor replaced in a timely manner ..Had a thermal expansion tank rupture the mechanic had a new one in the truck!… The over all experience with North East was good although I feel it was pricey especially getting the thermal tank replaced cost me over $300 for an $60 tank replacement ..so shop around and ask questions when dealing with these companies

We have used N.E. Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing several times for our commercial AC unit on the top of our condo. We are always very satisfied with their service. They are friendly, professional and very accommodating. They show up on time and if they can't, they keep you informed about timelines. I am especially appreciative of Charles our technician, as he was willing to check out our air conditioner even though we were having inclement weather. I have recommended their company to family and friends.

Had a schedule gas test, their employee broke part off water heater, when calling the manager he was rude and insisted his employee did not do it and wanted to charge me $700 extra to fix it. I have been using this business for years very disappointed the way they handled the situation.
