the price of the cleaning went up. need to let customers know since I made the appointment back in early September. will not be using them for anything else. will go with 1st call pluming. at least there honest about their prices. sometimes they come across arrogant. never got an apology for them putting a hole in my ceiling last year.

Tried to find a leak was here 6 hours two hours for lunch then a third guy came and wanted to cut all the walls to find the leak none of them new what they were doing called another plumber they found it in 15 minutes and you didn’t hook up my garbage disposal so water leaked all over my kitchen never had such horrible service in my life I hope somebody reads this that can check how there guys work

Representative Greg was great, efficient, knowledgeable and a gentleman. Could have run the competition down but took the high road and said anyone could have missed it. They will be my go to for now on.

Every technician that has come to my house has been very friendly and professional. They are quick to respond to messages and can usually get someone to my house in a short period of time.

I can always depend upon Northeast. Install of a Trane and regular maintenance. Also have used them for some plumbing issues, same great service.

I called North East Air Conditioning for the first time because my heater had a faint natural gas smell. They scheduled me for same day service and they were at my home within a couple of hours. They cleaned the furnace for winter and replaced a capacitor that was going bad, but they could not locate the gas leak (at that point, neither could I.)

Within minutes, the gas smell came back. I called their office and instead of getting the usual run around of making another appointment, they dispatched the techs to come back to my home.

They were back within 5 minutes. They were able to detect the gas this time, they replaced the flex line and brought the hard lines up to code and the gas smell is gone.

Rick and Greg were great, they were very friendly and made me feel like a priority rather than just another job. They weren't trying to upsell me and the fact that they came back meant the world to me. Not only that, but the price was reasonable for all of the work they did.

You guys have earned a loyal customer. Thank you!

Great professional and nice did fix problem fast and check any other things needed .very happy with work ,thanks for getting me back on ac , in Texas heat. Glad they promptly came by , and fix problem .
