Charles Curtis was very personable, on time, knowledgeable and represented North East Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing Services very well. He took the time to not only address the problem, but explain the probable cause (hungry raccoons). He pointed out some future problems to expect but did not pressure me into immediate purchases. I chose this company based on a number of recommendations of my neighbors on the Nextdoor app. I highly recommend them.

Greg came out to take measurements and run us a quote for a 5 ton AC for our new home. He showed up on time as scheduled. He was very professional and provided great input. Hopefully price will be on point so we can get a new AC. We shall see. Thank you!

Charles was outstanding. But before I talk about him I have to say when I called and talked to Susan she was courteous, thoughtful and polite. She scheduled my appointment and gave me all the information I needed. Super Susan! Now Charles arrived his uniform was perfect, he was polite and started working on my unit immediately. Fixed my unit quickly cleaned up and was on his way. Outstanding. This company is absolutely amazing. All the people are professional and they fix what is broke fair and square! I will tell all my friends how wonderful this company is. Thanks again!

David was fantastic. I only have one day off per week during residency and he completed my water softener installation in a great time frame and walked me through every step! Highly recommend.

I called North East when my AC went out on one of our 100 degree days. I recently purchased this house and the prior owners had used North East. Rick came out the next morning and quickly and professionally diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was familiar with the house and systems from past work. Very nice guy. The faucets for my washer were stuck/frozen and would not turn off. I’m sure it was due to non use over the years. NE Plumbing was able to schedule us quickly, came out on time and took care of this for a reasonable fee. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. This is our second experience with them and both times we have been so pleased.

George Vidal our plumber did an awesome job. He had everything he needed in his truck including materials. Our customer was only had his water off for a very short period of time. Great Service, good quality and will call back again.

My AC went down on the hottest day of the year (so far) and Northeast was able to get it fixed same day. The rep that came to the house, Jason G, was great! He showed up within the time window, got the AC unit up and running and had me go up into the attic so he could show me exactly what had caused the issue to begin with. He was patient and answered all of the questions that I had regarding my system and the repair. I strongly recommend Northeast AC/Jason G.
