TCS AC & Heating

TCS was quick , thorough and efficient. Their quote was significantly lower for the same unit quoted by another company in the area. Plus they do not use pushy salespeople. The were able to install the same day and their employees were exceptional! Their staff was polite, respectful and courteous. We will be using them again we need to replace our downstairs unit. It's nice to know you are using a company that is family focused and rooted in the community. Thank you Chad, Carlos and TCS Team!

TCS will always be our go to from now on. My husband and I came home from vacation to no ac. Kenney, the tech that was sent out, actually showed up before I did since we stayed elsewhere and was ready to go! He took no time diagnosing the issue, explained it to me in a way I understood, and dedicated himself to fixing our unit. After shopping around at four different stores for the part we needed, he fixed our AC and left our laundry room in better condition than when he came! Our house went from 88° to 74° within hours it was insane. I can’t explain the appreciation we have for this company and the people who work for them. They are all so incredibly nice, respectful, and truly want whats best for their customers. Kenney was such a genuine and kind person, we are so thankful for him and his hard work. I will recommended TCS over anyone for as long as they are in business.

I had TCS install a new Trane heating and cooling system. The technicians showed up on time and installed everything per the quote. They made sure the system was operating correctly prior to leaving and cleaned up after the install, even trash left behing from a previous installer. The price was fair and the workmanship was clean and professional. I would recomend them for HVAC installation.

All I can say is WOW. The tech came out on a holiday weekend when the AC stopped blowing cold air. The tech arrived very quickly. He was very professional and polite “Yes Sir” and answered all my questions. Straight up with what needed to be done not like the other company’s trying to do repairs not needed!! Not to mention their prices were lower than the others I called!! I’ll definitely use TCS ac and heating for everything.

I had a Trane A/C and air handler installed today. I can't say enough good things to say about this company. Excellent service from getting the bid to installation. Carlos is an excellent ambassador for this company. He is very knowledgeable and freely shared it with me to lead me to make the best decisions. Excellent service and price. Excellent installation team also.

Highly recommend company. On time for appointment, technician was very knowledgeable, quick to diagnose issue, made the quick repair, and also explained everything to us. We will definitely use this company for our AC and Heating needs.

Highly recommend. My first AC unit went out this past summer, I went through 4-5 companies and ended up with one of the larger brand named companies doing the replacement and thought I was satisfied. Fast forward 45 days and my 2nd AC unit then went out. I went through an additional 3-4 companies before I got to TCS, and consulted my original company. In the end I opted to use TCS for this replacement - Prompt service as with most AC companies but the time that Kenny took to make sure I understood was awesome. He took the time and went through every step of my AC system to determine a recommendation - both inside and out. Others just stopped in and left, only to harass me by phone for 2 weeks to buy there unit. I wasn't pressured to make any purchases or decisions on the spot. Kenny even assisted with finding some better efficiency options as my house is mostly run on solar panels. Only frustration I have, is that I did not find this company when my first unit went out. These guys make it easy to support local companies. Highly highly recommend.

I have been a TSC customer for years. They have always taken care of my air conditioning and heating maintenance in a timely and professional manner. Recently our 20 year old A/C unit stopped working on a 95 degree day. Replacement of the unit was worked into the schedule on very short notice. Domino and his crew arrived at 5:00pm and worked until 8:00pm to get our new air conditioner up and running. The guys could not have been more accommodating. Thank you TCS.

I called TCS to inspect my two central heating units for the winter and to check on my A/C bcuz the overflow drains had been putting out a lot of water, which is not good. The technician told me that the cooling coils were dirty and freezing up, which caused the extra water draining. Then he showed me a video of one of the heater burners not making a clean blue flame bcuz there was a small rusted crack, and he recommended a new heating unit. I agreed because I know thaeet the consequences of ignoring that problem might be - a house fire. He also told me about the value of installing UV lights in front of the coils to kill mold spores in the air. My wife and I decided to do that also.

The NEXT day, the tech came back with a crew of four people. They switched out the old heater for a new Trane unit, cleaned both coils, and installed two Reme-Halo UV lights. My attic is not easy to work in due to extra ductwork crisscrossing the only path to get to the faulty heater, but they did all of the that work in just under 1-1/2 hours!

I was extremely impressed by the workers, who all had a TCS shirt on and were very polite and careful when going through the house. Carlos, the lead tech, is a total professional who explained everything, answered my questions, and even showed me pictures of the dirt they cleaned out of a coil as well as the faulty burner he showed me they day before.

We have been living in our home in N. Houston for 27 years and have had many AC companies in to do work over the years, but I have never been as positively impressed by any of them as much as I am by TCS AC in Conroe.
