Chose TCS after their prompt initial response to our older unit not cooling and they had a very competitive bid for a new system, after correctly diagnosing of our old system. Kenney knows what you need. Install was unbelievably fast. Cost was exactly what they bid. Zero issues. Brought our older home into the modern world. Cant wait to see my lower bills due to improved efficiency. Love our new Trane system. I am/will refer them to anyone needing basic repairs or an upgrade.

I had a great experience with Kenny at TCS. We took several weeks to decide what we wanted to do: whether we'd replace one or both units, if we needed to go with bigger, and/or more efficient units. Kenny came over twice to look at our equipment, answered a bunch of my questions, and was really helpful. He pointed out several things that another company didn't even notice. When we did get the units installed, they were in and out in 1 day, and Kenny was right there supervising the process. I would not hesitate to reccomend this company to anyone.

My A/C went out this past spring and I had to replace the entire system due to age. These guys were great. They were very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Replaced an end of life furnace and blower that was builder installed. Carlos was the contact person. He was helpful and explained the options for repair or replace to us. The unit was installed the next day by his crew. The work was completed quickly and with absolutely no mess or problems. Will continue to contact TCS first for any future HVAC needs

Chad is a joy to deal with. Responded quickly and got the job done. The A/C went out during the pandemic....his crew wore masks, used spray sanitizer and put down cloth covers to keep the floors clean. They also did an excellent job of clean up when the installation was complete. Good price on the unit too!

First time customer for TCS. Carlos Mendez was our technician,and was very professional.Carlos is very knowledgeable and explained how everything was going to be installed. The process was easy and the whole crew did and excellent job.We highly recommend this company.

My upstairs AC unit stopped working so I called TCS and Carlos was at my house 2 hours later. He fixed the problem very quickly and it was back up and running. I will be signing up for their yearly maintenance plan and I am very happy to be their customer.

After my A/C failing late on the Friday before Labor day weekend, I called several service providers and TCS was the first to respond that they could respond on Sat. morning. The two technicians arrived within two hours of the call and were outstanding, very professional and courteous. TCM will be my A/C service provider in the future.
