TCS AC & Heating

Thank God their is a company that can stand behind their word. I called a different AC company Sunday because my AC went out and I had an Open House on Tuesday. The company promised they would get it running. They misdiagnosed it three times, charging me each time. Then wanted to charge me $4500 on top of the other charges. After having the hot Open House I called TCS and they were their within 30 minutes. Shawn and Domino diagnosed the problem the first time and gave me an offer that blew the other one out the water. I was concerned someone would want to see the house before the AC was fixed. They made a call and was able to fix my AC as promised and last night I received a text they will be showing the house today. Thank you guys for being the professionals you are, going the extra mile and doing what you promised. I will recommend you all to everyone. You all have one of the hottest jobs... you come out and work in hot weather, attics, etc and you don’t get to stay and enjoy the great rewards of your labor. Thanks again for fixing our AC... Absolutely the best heating and air conditioning company we have dealt with! They installed a new ac unit a couple of years ago and did a great job and they came today to fix our heating unit. They are professional, honest and dependable. I highly recommend them.

TCS is the best. I woke up to a cold house and wanted the job done ASAP. I called TCS and was surprised to know that they were able to come out in the next four (4) hours to my house. They were here in three, and the job was done quick. They were very professional and the responsiveness was absolutely wonderful. The service man Domino, was very polite and explained what was the problem that had to be corrected. The cost was very reasonable .Thanks TCS now I am happy.

This is a wonderful company to use for your AC services. The men that repaired my AC unit were Shawn & Domino. They were very nice, & professional, they explained everything to me before they started working, and fixed my unit in no time. Their prices are very very reasonable!

Carlos Mendez was my technician when we installed the Trane system last March. He did an excellent job then and came out to my house yesterday to take care of a minor warranty issue. On both occasions, he was professional, courteous, on time and dependable. I highly recommend him and thank him for a good job.

Once again I find myself reaching out to compliment these guy's. They are indeed the best. I know I wrote in over 4 years ago but doing so again just shows the level of consistency TCS offers year after year. These guy's ALWAYS come through. Again last week I had an emergency. AC circuit breaker kept kicking off! Chad said one of his guy's would be here within the hour. He was and it took about 10 minutes to fix. Carlos and his apprentice son could not have been more professional or helpful or HONEST! My problem was a wire shorting out because the insulation had burned through. Carlos showed me what had happened and it was already fixed. He could have told me it required some expensive repairs but he didn't. This outfit runs on integrity. I've been relying on them for nearly 20 years now. During that time I have probably had at least 6 or 7 different technicians. All of them were knowledgeable, professional and competent. As I said - the best!

Called TCS as a recommendation from a co-worker, I ended up needing a whole new unit installed. The process was easy and the staff was very friendly and so helpful, from Kim in the office to Carlos and his crew who did the actual install. Carlos is very knowledgeable and explained how everything that was going to be installed. I will recommend them to anyone needing ac or heating repair and/or installation.

I called late on a Saturday night and spoke directly with Chad the owner! He took good care of us, repairing the AC Monday afternoon. He provided a rough quote over the phone without even seeing the unit and the actual work came in lower then the quote. His crew was quick, professional and answered my million questions.

My A/C init was going out out and found out it was the compressor overheating. TCS had some come out that night around 7 pm. Tech was extremely friendly, he was able to answer my questions. Then worked with Mr. Chad and the next steps, he did not pressure me on buying a new in and outdoor units. He said they could fix my unit but I would be throwing away my money, which I agreed with him. Already spent over $400 on a new motor and over $250 on a new fan blade for the outdoor unit. Talked with the wife and agreed to purchase a new unite. Mr. Chad had his techs come out the next day and had the old units taken out and the new units installed in less than 4 hours. My new unit now blows a whole lot stronger in the house and does not take long to cool down. What took hours to cool the house off a couple of degrees now only takes 10 to 15 minutes. I am so happy and proud to have met Mr. Chad, he has been an amazing person and his techs were very professional and nice to the customer.

Best AC company ever. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Our home units went out at 8pm and a service tech was there by 9pm, new units installed the following day. The service crews were so professional and cleaned up everything. I would recommend TCS to anyone and everyone. Thank you TCS for keeping my family cool.
