TCS has great customer service and honesty!! We were without a/c last week. They were prompt, efficient and friendly. They do whatever it takes to get the job (even when it's ovrer 100 real feel) in the sun. Their techs are great and work hard for their customers. I would highly recommend them!!
We are a small Construction Management company charged with building a very complicated 5-story condo project. TCS was instrumental in helping us complete this project. Their insight and knowledge was a critical component to allow us to value engineer, for both constructability and value for this project.
From the projects inception, through completion, they were able to provide design engineering, aide with product selection that best suited our many needs, and their final installation is top notch.
As with any condo project, you must deal with many "home owners" on a daily basis. Their professionalism, and character have made the transition from construction to peoples homes seamless.
They are an example of how subcontractors should perform on a daily basis.
Cant say enough good things about TCS. Kenny showed up first thing this morning right on time. He got to work, identified what was going on, assured us it would all be ok, did the work to fix it, and then let us know exactly what happened and how to look for it in the future. We had water coming through the ceiling and it was due to the drain being clogged and the unit in the attic being tilted wrong way so water was flowing improperly. Kenny got it all fixed and did so like a real pro. TCS will def be who we use for our ac needs in the future.

I decided to call TCS just for a second opinion and I'm sure glad I did. Thank you all so much for being so honest and getting us back up and running fast.

This wonderful company did an amazing job installing my new AC and Heating unit in an old home I purchased and they were on board to help me immediately. The job was done very quickly, efficiently and all the workers involved were nothing but courteous, friendly and hard workers. I am sitting here today after the sixth broken appointment by this company. Six times i have wasted my day waiting for their techician to come and finish a job that the previous owner paid to have performed. The evaporator coil was caked with debris that had to be peeled and brushed off. I finally did the job myself knowing that they would not honor their word. I called over 12 times in a six week period, only to be lied to and ignore. Please do not let this people waste your time and steal your money as they have done to my family. I am amazed that they are still in business treating people this way. Look at the other reviews. This must be their standard practice to rip people off. Run hard, run fast, run silent, run deep. But just run away from these people.

Weather has nothing to do with the interior coils inside a closet inside the condo. They were caked with debris, dirt, and dust.
I have been having the same issue with my unit for some time now and when I have called TCS has been out right away. I am so disappointed with this last visit on April 14th tech came out said drain pain has a crack and someone would be calling me when it arrives to replace. I called them on May 1st since I did not hear from anyone. I spoke with the lady that answered the phone and she had no record of it and she would call me back, she called the next day. Then I get a call from Chad the day the tech was suppose to come back to replace. He said the kept receiving the wrong part and we going to go ahead and replace the evaporator coil and they would be out June 2nd between 9-11. They did not show up and I called TCS and the lady never called back and I am still waiting on her call! When we got the new unit 2 years ago they were happy to return your call but now the customer service is horrible!!! Now I will find someone to replace my cracked drain pan and not refer this company to anyone!!!
Chad and team have installed and serviced our 5 units since 2008. Great response for call outs and dealing with issues. Recently installed the Remi Halo system which was good timing, done just before the pandemic. Couldn’t be happier.
I have a family of 6, including 4 kids. My furnace was not working and I called TCS. The lady was very friendly and said a technician would be at my home after lunch. I received a 2nd call from a male and he verified my info and said he was on his way. 4 hours go by and no one comes. I call back and the same male assures me a technician is on his way. 7pm roles around and no technician. Shame on you in the cold of winter making my 18 month old and 2.5year old go without heat! If you didn't want my business, just say you're booked. Called a local company out of Willis and they came out next day and fixed. Horrible customer service!
