Kenny is awesome, he installed and has kept up with our system over the years after we were price gouged by a big box company here in Houston on a prior unit that failed. — I won’t use anyone else. These guys are great . Installed a new air conditioner in my home . On time added vents and returns in my garag e. And a new outside unit in one day . I am going to add an edit to this review. 5 days later I asked for a particular room to be cooler . Domino gave my great options , 4 days later they came back and made it perfect , they totally upgraded ducts and vents . Then I asked, what do I owe you Sir . He (Domino) responded no charge Sir !. These people are awesome !

These guys were great. Domino and Carlos came by figured out the problem with in minutes. I had a part that went out on in the AC. They had a spare on hand. I did not have to wait for them to order it. They replaced it and my AC was back up and running great within about 30 minutes total time. It does not get better than that.

TCS AC & Heating came to my rescue. My AC quit working after hours and Chad Jones was able to get one of his men, Domino, to stop by on his way home. Carlos and his team at TCS did a great job of installing a new furnace inside of my house. Carlos showed me photos that he took of my old furnace and why he recommended having it replaced. He registered my new furnace with Trane and presented me with the warranty registration number. The price that I paid was the price that I was quoted. I highly recommend TCS!

Domino and his partner is awesome! They were very professional when they arrived at our home. We have a nest thermostat and when the power went out the thermostat went crazy. I Googled and YouTubed instructions on how to fix it and just couldn't get it. I called TCS and they came out the same day, fixed the problem immediately and now we have heat. We're so thankful!! Their attitudes were very pleasant and they are customer friendly! I recommend TCS for your AC & Heating needs because they are not greedy for money.

AC quit working on Sunday, with outside temperatures approaching 100 degrees F. Called, left a message expecting a call on Monday. Called back within a few minutes, technician came and fixed AC withing 1 hour.

TCS has been my go-to AC people for the past 2 years. Specifically, Carlos has been my technician. He is always punctual, professional, and provides straight-forth answers. I feel the prices are reasonable and they are always available. I could not recommend a company more.
