Matthew Gautreau sold and installed a new unit for me. He added a intake duct in my dining room and added two vents to my large den. He is a tech that anyone would like service their unit or update/install

They were able to come to my residence and have for several years and getting our air conditioner back in a working condition. Warranty on a compressor installed less than a year ago. No charge for labor or parts and explained they understood why this happed after the repair. Appreciate them taking accountability and fixing it right. Joel was super.

Dana was very knowledgeable & informative about the split AC systems. He also made sure that we were quoted the proper membership plan.

Jeremy did a thorough inspection of our AC system and completed repairs to our drain lines and pan. He inspected the drains/pans and gave us options to repair/modify which would make it easier for us to maintain ourselves for our AC system to run well. We always know who to call for all my AC/heating needs and done right! Thank you Jeremy! You are a great technician!

Jason Rodriquez was very punctual , courteous , and clean cloth to protect floors with inside boots for floor also . After repairs provide pics of what was done and explained. Jason answered all questions to my understanding. I was very pleased.

Our latest Tech was Vinh Tran. Excellent does not even begin to describe him. Vinh did our Spring/Summer check of our AC and really provided great service! He cleaned the outside unit better than it has ever been done by any other Tech. He went over throughly all aspects of our unit with me and showed me the pictures he had taken to illustrate further how our unit was functioning. He also made me aware of an issue with the drain that no other Tech had pointed out previously. Very knowledgeable and professional! Great job! Will ask for Vinh in the future!

I highly recommend Air Tech - Conroe! Since taking over this business here in Conroe, the caliber of Techs has greatly improved under Air Tech. I also appreciate that they now have a plumbing division which we will be using for any future plumbing issues.
