Our technician, Ulises Salazar-Soto, showed up on time (actually almost an hour early), and went straight to work. Was very courteous and listened to our issues about the new install. During the entire inspection he explained how the after-installation-inspection was progressing. He stayed until all of our concerns were addressed. No high pressure to upsell like other companies we’ve used in the past, who are more concerned with that than doing their job. We will welcome Ulises back when needed.

Anthony and company recently installed a new Trane complete heat pump system. I’ve been wanting the heat pump tech for a while. After a few days of use I am satisfied so far, will need the month to see a reflection on energy usage. I was not there myself during installation but my family was and I was told only good things. Considering the company is only a mile away it eases my mind knowing I have a 10 year warranty and quick assistance if needed. Thank guys.
I use Air Tech of Conroe to service my HVAC. Can’t say enough about Tyler Miller. When there’s an issue he is always able to calmly troubleshoot and find the issue. He’s patient and answers all your questions without making you feel silly! He’s a sharp professional guy! Thanks Tyler! Highly recommend!
I felt like Morgan was rude and not perfessional. I am 65 yr and I met him at the door as he was bringing ladder in and he told me I got this , kinda rude. Then I asked what was wrong w/ A/C again rudely said I can't tell you. Against policy. He could have explained in a more positive and perfessional way. He then went out to put ladder up and drove off....

He was thoughtful and considerate with my grand mother and I would highly recommend to friends and family. Had work done on A/C 3 weeks ago,they replaced a part and charged 680.00. I had to call them back out today, for them to tell me my fan motor was seized up for another 798.00 I, I called someone else out to check it out and they had it up and working for 300.00 my fan motor was fine, oh by the way the first time they came he charged my system and he put way to much another 400.00
Dana was very personable and really knows his stuff. Answered all my questions and gave me a lot if good info on my system. Fixed a wiring problem on my UV light in ac that was not working and now it works. Very meticulous and had photos of everything he serviced.
