Air Tech of Conroe

Vinh was very courtous and respectful upon arrival. After a friendly introduction he procedded to checking my AC units to make sure that they were both working properly. After he was done, I asked him a question about my vent and he answered with such passion and knowladge that I was convinced that he was very knowlageable about his work.

I like the fact that Vinh put on his shoe covers before stepping into my home. I also like the fact that Air tech sends you a picture of the technichian coming to your home before they arrive.

The AC wasn’t working. Vinh came out to troubleshoot the problem since my unit was only 3 years old. Found out that the problem was our generator module was bad. Vinh did a thorough check on my AC unit. He was highly skilled and professional. Very hard to find people of this value in the service industry. Vinh treated the unit like it was his own house. I would highly recommend him for any AC work.

It would seem that every year, our heat would have issues, which is horrible when you're your parent's primary caregiver. Not only has Air Tech been great, but Dana has truly gone above and beyond the call of duty for my family and I. Not only has he made repairs, but he genuinely cares about my family, making it a point to even learn my folks' names. Having him here is like a friend visiting. You're comfortable because you know you're with someone you can trust. It's just unfortunate Google only allows five stars, because Dana deserves much, much more.
