Mike was very responsive and Knowledgeable and had a very nice personality. He determined that no power was coming into air conditioner. Did a workaround on power to check system and to give us temporary use of air conditioning while we wait to correct electrical issue. Great job!

My air conditioner wasn’t cooling, so I called Air Tech. They sent their Tech, Dana, out that same day. He was very polite and professional. I was impressed that he put covers over his shoes before he came in the house. Dana inspected the system, gave me an estimate, and I soon had cool air flowing. He also changed out my filters. Dana was very detailed and polite. I was very impressed with the company and the tech!

Outstanding work, very professional. Installed on time, left work area clean and organized. Highly recommend Dana and his staff for any AC or heating work. Jason was the lead installer, he made sure all workers did a very good job. He improved the routing of lines to make maintenance easier and explained the system operation. For major installation work, Jason did an excellent job.

Excellent communication, specifically on a weekend call. Had my new unit outside installed the same day I setup service. Both their service tech and installer were very professional. I was provided email updates with pictures on the work they were doing. I would recommend them to anyone needing AC service in the Conroe area.
