They were professional, on time, explained the work to be done and fixed a problem with the vibration in our wall That could not be fixed by another company. They replaced a defective new air conditioner, installed a new heater to be compatible with our air conditioner, Installed a roof jack for the new heater, re- hung our sagging ductwork, installed an additional return vent and completed the work on time and cleaned up. We are very pleased with the service and pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend this company!

James, Justin, and his team did a fantastic job diagnosing and fixing my AC issues on my (2) year old builder spec AC system. They took tremendous care to review the AC system, explain the current problems, and quote a repair plan. On the day of the install they performed the work with care and professionalism and were happy to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend them to friends, family, and neighbors.

My store thermostat went out at my store, Sunday. The lovely lady that answered my call was Jessica. She was so smart and honest. She suggested that we try changing the batteries. IT WORKED! I will always call Air On Time in the future. A year later and wonderful Charlie fixed both my store heater and my home heater. These people are honest!

You will not find a better a/c company to work with. They're fast, knowledgeable & do the job right the first time. James has installed new equipment for me personally and came to the rescue when my elderly mom had her a/c act up. Usually people try to take advantage of my mom, not James, it was a minor fix & he didn't over charge her. They're great about following up with you before & after the install too. Great team of people & an excellent a/c company. Highly recommend.

We used Air on Time at my church and they did an incredible job! They installed 5 - 20 ton units, 2 - 12.5 ton units and 2 -5 ton. some were installed with metal ducts and some with flex ducting. All were done professionally and look great. We are also using them for our service also and they are courteous and on time for appointments. I highly recommend James and his crews!
