They sent Charlie out a few hours after I spoke with them. He diagnosed the problem as a bad motor. He was able to go pick up a new one across town and install it the same day. So happy to have AC. He was very kind and professional. I will call them for all services in the future.

Courteous and on time. Quickly fixed the ac. Other companies I called could not even come out for a few days. Air on time came and fixed the problem in a couple of hours. During Texas heat getting a quick response is priceless. Cost was reasonable for the work done.

My husband and I are a little confused about whether or not the part that they replaced was really needing to be replaced, and why it costs so much for the part which is $20 to be replaced (cost $330 for them to do it). We have 4 young kids including a 6 month old so we were desperate for air in this 100°+ heat. Our unit stopped cooling again after they left and even after we replaced the capacitor on our own it still wasn’t working after they replaced the Contactor, so we called the company back and told them and they sent the technician back out. He went up in the attic and turned off the UV sanitizing light that was hooked up to it and it started working again. So now my husband and I are wondering if we really needed to pay the $330 for the Contactor being replaced or if we had just had the technician turn off the UV light would our existing Contactor have continued working fine. On the one hand, we’re happy our a/c is working especially in this heat, and glad they got the technician back out to address the continuing issue, on the other hand still wondering if we needed to spend the total we did which is a lot of money for us.

James the owner stopped by to give us a Quote for complete installation. He viewed the old unit and showed me everything that needed replaced. The entire time spent I was convinced I had the right owner because he was not a salesman he was Experienced. His installation crew did everything he told me they would do! The A/C they Installed has the Best Warranty of all. We are Pleased with their Honesty and Quantity of workmanship! Reasonable Too
