Air On Time AC

I've been using Air On Time for about 10yrs. They installed an Amana a/c and furnace and they have always been good to me over the years. I like that they are professional and prompt.
The a/c had a problem after a power outage but I called Air-on-Time on a Sunday evening and they fit me in their schedule the very next day... and that was over the 4th of July busy week!
Thanks again A-O-T for always being professional, courteous, and prompt. I also like that the employees of Air-On-Time have been with the same company for many years! They take care of us like family!

I am very impressed with the work by Air On Time. As stated by their name they showed up on-time. When I asked James for extra items, he finished the project on-time and under budget. The air conditioning has never worked so well. And it's quiet. I never realized how loud the system was when it couldn't breathe properly. What an awesome group of service folks! After talking to them on the phone and meeting the service technician I would never dream of calling anyone else for my heating, air conditioning or whole-house generator service. I needed service on my a/c on a Saturday; the technician was here within a couple of hours, took care of the problem and the charge was very reasonable.

On going problem since August, parts were under warranty, was told it needed several different things and every time they put a part in and it still didn’t work I had to pay a Lot for labor. Finally came yesterday and put another part in and so far the unit is working, took no longer than 15 minutes to complete and I had to pay another $165. Very friendly and professional but extremely expensive and even though if they install parts that doesn’t work you still have to pay for labor whether you needed the part or not.
