They "fixed" the AC and after 28 days started having problems again. As it shows in the pics, the wires burned/ melted and the reason was due the wrong capacitor specification that was installed. As it shows the compressor requires a capacitor with 45 MFD NOT 60!
The service was still under warranty however I lost the trust in this company. The capacitor was replaced by one costing 10 times cheaper (15 dollars not 152) and it's working smoothly since then

In the past 4-months, I've used Pure Air Solutions of New Caney at four different locations. First was my home unit, which had not been functioning properly as other services were not able to correct the problem. Sal immediately identified the issues and had them corrected.

Second time used was servicing the the 4-units at our office complex, with excellent results, and was given valuable information for correct usage of these units.

Third time was our rental unit, with excellent results.

Today, in need for emergency servicing a duel unit at a business associate's home. Sal performed perfectly as a last minute request to repair and return heat and cooling to a home with children.

Obviously, Pure Air Solutions has earned my 5-stars as I will continue using and referring Sal -a hard working, responsible gentelman with professional, knowledge and skills.
