Had to call on Saturday and James, the owner, came out and took care of the problem to get the old unit through the weekend. Scheduled the new unit installation for Monday.
Arrived on time, personable and professional, finished on schedule. Great price and this unit is super quiet! The house feels amazing. Thank you so much for the great service! Absolutely will recommend this company to everyone!

Air On Time sent someone out very quickly when I had some a/c problems. The technician,
William, was there in no time, checked the system and found the problem. He was professional and knowledgeable and went to work on the repair. The tech checked over his work and cleaned everything up before leaving.
The cost was fair and I will call this company again when I need a/c work done. Very satisfied.

My son recommended Air On Time telling us “he was the best in the industry” - how right he was! We needed everything replaced including a furnace. The new AC units outside look like “cadillacs” and we are so pleased with the service that James and his crew provided. They are polite men who did an outstanding job in paying attention to every detail needed to complete the job. They were careful in bringing all that was needed up and down the stairs without scratching the walls or messing up the carpet. They cleaned up after the job was completed and took even their empty water bottles with them when they left. The AC works beautifully and we are extremely grateful to this company for their work. We’ve had our share of trouble in the past with our central air conditioning units and had to deal with a lot of different companies through the years. I wish I had known about this company 10 years ago. My son was absolutely right. They are truly the best in the industry! A big thank you to James and his crew. I doubt I’ll need their services again in the near future but if I do for whatever reason, I’ll never take my business elsewhere again.

Lance and Justin arrived on time and was responsive in diagnosing and setting up the invoice for my bill from a distance. I am thankful to have found an HVAC repair company that I can rely on from afar.

I called back due to reports of the heater not working and Charlie came out promptly and repaired it within an hour, identifying the problem. I am so pleased with their services!

Im am so blessed that i called Air on Time AC. I called on Saturday morning. The lady i spoke with was so nice and gave me a time the repairman would be there. Charlie, the repairman text me to let me know he was enroute. He arrived early and located the problem. He replaced a heat run capacitor and had my unit running in a few minutes. The cost was so reasonable and such a relief since im on a fixed income. God bless you Air on Time AC.

The ac went out at my 93 year old dad's house. They sent Charlie out within a couple of hours. He was the nicest man. Fixed and cold in less than an hour. I would reccomend them. Thank you for getting my dad cooled off. You guys are wonderful.

This company is extremely responsive and transparent. James (the owner) came out to my house within the hour during state-wide blackouts and inclement weather whereas the "big-name" HVAC shop I called still hasn't returned my call 5 days later. James and Air On Time AC technicians explained everything they were doing to diagnose my old furnace. When they found the issue and gave me my options it was an easy choice to put in a new unit and they were able to come install it the next morning.

I think James really cares about his customers and that's rare to find in any business. I'll be using this company again in the future.

THEY DELETE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. Extremely unprofessional. Avoid. Especially the owner and receptionist, who had the nerve to call me, raise their voices and try to talk over me. Charlie came over to give us an estimate (we had no problem with Charlie), and originally told us it would be a “couple hundred bucks” but then went out, called the owner and came back in with a $680 estimate. We decided not to use his services at that time. Still, we had no problem with Charlie, we just didn’t appreciate that the estimate went up so much, and my husband left a review saying our estimate went up (which they’ve deleted already). We received 2 estimates from other companies in the area at $230 and $250. Today, the receptionist called me with an attitude that needs adjusting, claiming that just because we received a free estimate that we basically had no right to post a review. It is your business practice to offer free estimates... that has nothing to do with me. And as far as I’m concerned, an estimate does not guarantee that we will do business with you- it’s just an estimate. Shortly after I explained that, the owner jumps on the phone and also had a major attitude. EXTREMELY unprofessional. Running your own business can be difficult I understand, but to call and harass a potential customer over your fluctuating estimate is ridiculous. I think because I am a woman he thought he could overpower me on the phone. Not the case. You 100% deserve this 1 star review for the way you speak to people. Best of luck to you and your company with improving your people skills.

Our A/C went out and they had Kyle at my house the same afternoon. He stayed in constant communication with me the whole time, as did James, and they were honest about the estimate and helped work with the manufacturer to make sure we were still covered under the warranty. They came out the very next day and had us back up and running. Kyle was very professional and courteous. I will highly recommend them to anyone needing service or repairs.
