So thankful!! Desperately needed a/c service on a Saturday. Technician was sent out in a couple of hours. Drew was great, diagnosed the problem and was able to secure the part. He returned in no time and fixed the issue. Would definitely recommend these folks!! Thank you!!

I called Air on time at 7:30 am when my ac had gone out the evening before. A technician (Jaime) showed up within 30 minutes and by 9 am my AC was fixed and cooling us off! How does that happen during the summer?! I felt like I was their only customer knowing that I was most definitely was not! Jaime was kind, professional and swift to get me taken care of. He even called another technician to bring him the part so he didn't have to waste the time! This company is highly recommended by me and I will have them on speed dial for future needs and refer them to everyone I know that needs AC repair! Thank you Air on Time to you and your team!

My parents had been without air for a month due to multiple issues with Sears Cinch Home Warranty and prior repair companies not following through. Air On Time were contacted Thursday afternoon and were at my parents with a diagnosis within an hour. They were amazing, professional and caring about the situation. In spite of the constraints of the warranty company they were persistent and timely, ordering the part Friday afternoon and were repairing by 8am Saturday. I will forever remember the care and compassion Jessica the owner gave to us and the situation and the technician making it so quickly in rush hour traffic to my parents home. Every AOT from the owners to the technicians were professional, knowledgable, and committed to resolving my AC issues in as timely manner as possible and as cost effective as possible. You will not find any service company anywhere and of any kind that still puts customers first like Air-On-Time. The owner James take personal responsibility for their work. Dealt with a lot of different A/C companies. None of them come close.

My unit froze over so I called Air On Time to come and check it out the technician was efficient jumped right in and check for leaks after determining low refrigerant. Price was very reasonable I highly recommend yall give them a call if you need any repair, maintenance, or installations.

They were able to come out quickly and got me going. The service tech was experienced and friendly. Reasonably priced. I will use them again.
