Britton Service Group

I recently started with Britton Group for Maintenance on my HVAC system. Corinne was great in helping me get started and Steve was very good and on time to do the work. It is hard to find good service for this type of work, but Britton Group couldn't be better. Steve was on time, took the time to help me understand what he was going to do and did the work in a very professional way. I would recommend this group anytime.

The next service visit was Oct 5, 2017. Steve came out as scheduled and did an excellent job on servicing to get my furnace and air conditioning ready for the fall and winter season. His work is excellent. I can be assured that whatever he does will keep my systems running.

When it felt like 7000 degrees outside our air conditioning stopped working. We needed help. Britton Service Group took care of us. We enjoy working with Jon. He is professional, knowledgeable and kind. Thank you Corinne and Jon for helping us, even on the weekend.

Very courteous, responsive, and quick to get an appointment. We needed to replace our old system immediately, and Britton was extremely helpful. We had a new system installed in less than a week, AND they accommodated us when we asked to move our condenser to the other side of our home. They made it a simple process. AND they helped us with the paperwork to get a rebate from the electrical company! We are extremely pleased with this company and recommend them to you.

Our experience with Britton Service Group was great (considering we were dealing with an unwanted big expense!). They came out to quote us for a new A/C the day we called, gave us several options for replacement and all were competitively priced. They got us scheduled quickly, the two workers seemed to be very efficient and thorough. We've already gotten the new system inspected by CPS, and it was given their seal of approval. We'd definitely recommend Britton Service Group and would use them again for any future repairs/replacements.

Easy to initiate a service call online. Technician was super professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. He even had the replacement part on the truck for single visit to both diagnose and fix for a bad relay. I originally found Britton Service Group on Angie's List back in 2016 from their great reviews there and had them install a complete new replacement AC system and duct work. The followup service after the sale has been great. I have piece of mind that I have an AC company I can trust when I have a problem.

I love working with the Britton Group. They have Corinne answering the phone, who is polite, organized, and very responsive. They have Jon and crew who have good equipment and knowledge to repair and install your system. I have used Britton to install a new system at my old home, and service my equipment at my new home. On the one occasion when they made a mistake, they stepped up and made it right. Love these guys - they are my go to AC company

My realtor recommended Britton Service Group to me and I've used them multiple times so far. We intially used them on a rental when the heat wasn't working in the winter and Jon worked tirelessly to figure out the problem. Due to that experience I decided to sign up for their VIP service to regularly maintain that system and mitigate any surprises. Most recently the AC at my primary home went out late at night and they were there the next day. Once we decided to replace the system they were able to get the entire job done the very next day. I trust Jon's assesments and recommendations based on my interactions with him and would recommend them to anyone. Great company.

Within just a few hours of calling Britton Service Group for my A/C issue, Jon arrived at my house, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it at a reasonable rate. He was very knowledge, professional, and courteous. I definitely recommend them.

Just had my entire HVAC system replaced by Britton Service Group. The house had the original 40+ year old inside unit and it was time! Very competitive on pricing (got 3 other quotes). Did the installation within a day of giving them the go ahead. Quick to remove the old system and install all of the new components inside and out. They repaired the old support base and did a great job with the entire install. Very happy with how it all turned out.
