The technician did not speak English so he called someone to translate. I explained the washer is making a loud screeching noise. At the end of the service he showed me a price on his phone and told me it's the gear case so I had him call back his translator so I could verify the $250 he showed me on his phone included parts and labor. I also confirmed the $65 for the service call would be deducted from the $250. The person on the phone confirmed all this. Well my washer is not even 2 years old so I figured I would call Whirlpool one more time to see if they would warranty it. Whirlpool told me to send over the quote so I contacted Fuse and asked them to send it to me. Well, the quote was double what they told me! The quote was for $573.28 and that was deducting the service fee!

Choice Home Warranty sub-contracted the repair of our dishwasher to them (FUSE HVAC). 1st visit they arrived with the wrong replacement part, but the 2nd time they had the right part and did the repair well. Communication via text message with their dispatched (Jane) was helpful.
The vent motor for our gas stove had burned up so we used our home warranty to get it replaced. They assigned our case to Fuse so I had not done the research to choose them. I was a little worried about the outcome but I was so pleasantly surprised! They were very responsive and the technician that came out to diagnose was very professional. They had to order the replacement part, sent us an estimate, communicated promptly about its arrival and then sent the same technician out to replace the motor. All occurred within a week! I would definitely recommend them and will use them again should I need any other appliance service. Thank you Fuse!
