He is very kind and kept me informed of everything he was doing. He also showed me how to manage everything and assured me that everything will work. He cleaned it up and left it clean. I was really appreciative that he had the required part and could fix it in a single visit.

Miele contracted this company to replace a damaged part on a new dryer we received via white glove delivery. The scheduler first told me I should not have taken delivery of the dryer (not her place) and that it would be six weeks before they had an opening, but I made an appointment because Miele contracted this company, and I was willing to wait. On the day of the appointment, I was waiting at home and missed a call when I stepped away from my phone. I called back less than 10 minutes later and was told that because I had not answered, they had changed my appointment time to later (despite being home all day and having the appointment on my calendar for six weeks). When Don arrived, he was not wearing a mask (at a time with high COVID case numbers). He looked at the dryer to confirm the damaged part and told me he would order the correct replacement part. Months passed. He texted to ask if we were the people with the damaged dryer door- I replied yes and asked for an update. He stated he was still waiting on the part. Many more months passed, and I did not hear back. Ultimately I contacted Miele, who told me that Appliance Fixx/Don had claimed they could not reach us and had closed the ticket. Fortunately, Miele will resolve the issue another way, but my experience with this company was that they are unprofessional and dishonest.

He was a great repairman and I would highly recommend him. He was very competent, amiable, and honest. He didn't try to get you to do more work so he could pay you more.
