Don and Kyle were both very knowledgeable about my late model sub-zero refrigerator. They came when they said they would. The parts arrived in a timely manner. Connie in the office was very courteous and efficient. My appliance works great. Stand out customer service!!

A few months after they fixed it, our refrigerator developed a new problem. after informing them that someone would be there the next morning. I wasn't charged and the problem was rectified. Excellent and quick service.

I was about to buy a new dishwasher because the one I had was unstable and shaking a lot, but I decided to try to fix it first. I found Appliance Fixx Air & Heat, and they were able to fix my washer faster than a replacement could have been delivered (thanks Don). Not to mention, for a lot less money! I'm delighted with the service Don offered; he is very competent and did a fantastic job. I'll unquestionably employ this company once more for any subsequent repairs. You ought to, too!

Ray arrived and looked at our LG fridge and then did maintenance. He extended a warranty for his work and told us to call him back if the unit didn't start cooling down so he could maybe fix the compressor. After the unit stopped cooling, we called him back, and he came out on a Saturday to fix our refrigerator. improved the system as well. He went out of his way to fulfill his promise to help.

Tech came on time and diagnosed our issue (microwave sensor was malfunctioning) fast. very professional and courteous. The fix was flawlessly executed. I postponed writing a review for a few months to make sure the microwave was trouble-free. I would strongly advocate using them whenever necessary.

Jim was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. He immediately identified the issue with our washer, had the necessary part on hand, and resolved it the same day. He moved the drainpipe for better drainage, provided us advice on how to avoid problems in the future, and showed us how to optimize the operation of our dryer. I have his phone number saved and will call him without thinking about it in the future. I heartily endorse Jim to others.
