Jim showed up and immediately found the problem. He took his tome to explain why our dishwasher kept running. At no time did Jim pressure me to fix the dishwasher. He offered me time to think about if I wanted the dishwasher fixed same day or just call when I needed to. Excellent customer service, no pressure, immediate attention , honest and fair price.

The following day, Chris arrived at my house to repair our broken dryer. Within an hour, my dryer was operating after he immediately and without hesitation diagnosed and located the problem. Chris is dependable and gave me some advice to make sure my washer and dryer keep running for years to come. You won't be let down.

Jim visited my house the same day, found the problem with my washer, and immediately corrected it! He was both incredibly courteous and professional. He also provided information on how to avoid the issue in the future. I can't speak highly enough about him!

Around ten o'clock at night, my fridge stopped working. At 10:10 PM, they responded to my email. The next morning, the tech arrived at my home early. He carried all repairs fast and was pleasant and knowledgeable. I only have positive things to say about their customer service. The parts and servicing are covered by a 12-month warranty.
