Bock services has been servicing my a/c for over 15 years. Recently my heat pump system broke down. Bock diagnosed the problem and repaired it the same day. This company is very good at what they do! Highly recommend Bock Services to everyone!

BOCK Services have provided superior and efficient service for my home HVAC system. The Office Administrators are kind, genuinely willing to help, and rapidly answer and return phone calls. Levi Chase was the technician for my recent install of new HVAC system, replacing the old unit. Levi was very clear in giving me the options for product and warranties. He is very courteous and knowledgeable. His crew were worked efficiently and cautiously inside my home. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

I called Bock Thursday of last week late in the afternoon because my unit was frozen over and not working. They had a technician to my house within the hour. I was told that the unit could be repaired, but they also gave me the option to replace it. The owner of the company (Steve Moon) called me and informed me about the new laws involving R22. He said that he recommended a new unit due to the new laws that are going into effect next year, but had no problem fixing the unit if we were not ready to replace it. I appreciate that the company did not push me to completely replace the unit. I called three other companies for a second opinion and they all immediately wanted me to replace my unit. I am grateful that Bock was willing to give me all of my options and be completely honest about the entire process. The technicians were extremely friendly and took pride in the work that they were doing. While they were at my home, not only did they fix my unit, they also took the time to service my other two units. Thank you Bock for going the extra mile!

Excellent customer service and communication. A text was sent out when tech was on his way and you can track and see a pic of him ahead of time. Levi was very helpful and thorough. He was not pushy on making us do repairs. He gave great recommendations and timeline when we need to start repairs.

On July 30 my air conditioner stopped working. Called Bock on Saturday, July 31, and Steve came out and determined, after multiple tests, that the unit was going to have to be replaced (it was over 20 years old so I was expecting that was going to happen soon :( Anyway, they were able to fit me in the next Monday. Garrett, Gavin and Mike were on the job. They got the entire system completed and were very helpful in answering all my questions. Sonora and Erin in the office are also helpful in scheduling and explaining any question you may have.. Bock also came out to do a quality check for me since I was concerned about the thermostat being off from what I set it to the next day. They sent Levi out to check, and he immediately diagnosed that three of my ducts were messed up, one was leaking air because it wasn’t completely fastened dow/closed, and two were smashed flat. They were able to come out and help me on a day so I didn’t have to take off work. Everyone was very professional, and I felt relieved to have found them. Bock Services replaced my AC system this week. In the first visit they reviewed my old system (I already knew issues from last year) and spent the time explaining me the differences in the systems they handled/installed and what they liked about each vs costs. The new system was installed the next week at my preferred day in a 1/2 day with 3 technicians, each clearly experience in the work they were performing. I have already recommended them to friends.

BOCK responded quickly with a very resourceful inexpensive fix for my 5 ton dead R22 compressor/condenser unit. I would highly recommend this especially talented technician team and their firm.

Leo was my technician and he was amazing. They got out to the house quickly and were very respectful. He explained everything that was going on and made sure that I understood my options. They got my a/c fixed in a timely manner for a great price. I definitely recommend Bock for great custoner service and work.
