Bock Services, LLC - Air Conditioning & Heating

Bock changed out our A/C system. We had a system that was too large for our house, and they could have gotten an easy up sell, but showed us what we need and did a great job.
They saved us a few hundred that day, and our electric bill was cutt in half.

Went through my mailers to support local business. Scheduled with Bock on Wednesday for service on Friday, April 5th. Told them, anytime on Friday would be fine! I was ill so my wife took the day off to meet with them! She had called Bock around Noon to confirm we were on Fridays schedule. After waiting til 6 pm, I realized Bock was not committed to service as I never recieved Any communication that they wouldn’t make it. Saturday, still not a word! I live less than 5 miles from Bock’s shop.

Levi was awesome! Diagnosed the problem almost as soon as he got here. Very quick response time and very professional. Will definitely be calling this company again!

Tech came and quickly diagnosed issue with system and replaced part. Ran other diagnostics and found no other issues. Very professional and courteous. Would recommend to anyone.
