💯 percent Responsive and Reliable. I called several companies due to my AC unit reading from 78° to 85° overnight. Having my twins a dog inside was no bueno as temperatures continued to climb in the triple digits. They not only at able to come out the same day, within an hour, but they also were very friendly, helpful and resolved my concern. THANK YOU so much BOCK AC/Heating for taking care of my family and home. 🙌🏼

I had them come out and inspect my ductless mini split unit. They are knowledgeable when it comes to these types of units unlike many companies. If you have one in need of service or install give them a call. I will be using them from now on for regular service as well as installing my next unit.

Was very pleased with my experience, my AC went out on a Sunday afternoon called Bock and they had a tech out to me same day quickly! The tech was very informative and extremely down to earth. Highly recommend for your hvac needs.

What a wonderful business! I had my first appointment today with Levi. I had called on Friday and they got me in the next business day for a check up. I received a great 20 minute warning from their dispatcher. Levi was awesome. Quick, professional and friendly. He explained everything he was doing very well. I loved that he showed me what to look for so I wouldn't have another issue. I will definitely be using Bock again.

AC blower went out Saturday evening. They are 24 hour and managed to get a tech to my house Sunday. Guy told me blower motor died, but would have to wait until Monday to get the part. Office called me Monday to tell me part was available and they could come out the next morning to install. I asked what new system would cost as the blower was not cheap. For a few thousand more I could get a new system. Guys show up and get the job done in about 8 hours. (They need to take breaks because my system is in the attic, so I don't blame them. 99 degree high that day) The real star was the quality control manager Steve. Came out 2 hours after they left to check the system. It wasn't blowing very cold given it had been 87 in the house and was only down to 83. He added refrigerant and it started blowing colder. But the fan speed seemed low. That same man came out 6 AM the next morning and adjusted the fan and added insulation to the condenser so that I could still leave for work on time. His level of caring that the system was working correctly is why I give them 5 stars.

I highly recommend Bock. My home warranty company gave me the complete run-around, but Lisa and Felicia at Bock were amazing and so helpful. They called the warranty company several times and never dropped the ball. They were polite, courteous, knowledgeable - and they always called me back when they said they would. My service technician Jheavany also did an fantastic job. He answered my questions, worked hard and left everything clean and in good working order. I would definitely call them again in the future.

My aging AC unit went out suddenly. By the time I was told and shown that there was no coming back from the dead for the unit, it was 87 degrees in this house!

My son in law recommended Bock Services and I am so thankful that he did! Steve Bock contacted me very promptly and by 9:00 the next morning his guys were here tearing out the old system. Within four and a half hours the new system was installed!!

His crew was extremely proficient, professional and courteous to a degree that I hardly ever see anymore and furthermore, their price for the job was the most reasonable and fair of the three estimates I got. I didn’t even have to sweep up after them, they left everything spotless!

All in all, I can not recommend Bock’s more highly! They are a top notch reputable company that I would not hesitate to use again should the need arise and I would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking into AC and heating needs!

Ticket #112838 and service #27413 dated 1-20-22. The first technician replaced a burnt contactor but that did not fix the issue. When I asked if it didn't fix the problem is it necessary to replace it because it was costing me 189.00. The response I was given was "I can go back out and put a burnt part back on", obviously I don't want a burnt part whether it's working or not. He then indicated there was no coolant but recanted later. He was ultimately not able to fix the issue and the following day a different technician came out. The second technician indicated he had to re-do some wiring but it was fixed.

Fast forward five days and I just realized the outside unit won't turn off unless I manually apply the breaker box and on top of that when I tested the A/C (not the heat) the inside fan is now not working. I don't know what they have done to my wiring. When I called today 1-25-22 I was told they could send another technician out but that I would still have to pay the 79 dollar service charge unless I or the technician could prove the issue was because of the work they did and not a new problem.

I've already paid $393.00 for a service call, contactor replacement and labor. I believe the issues are likely related and because it's been less than a week I also think it's within the bounds of acceptable customer service to not charge me another service call fee especially considering in the very invoice that I signed, the technician stated a new wire would be needed if there were any future problems (if he anticipated this why didn't he fix it and if you know this why are you trying to charge me another charge simply to drive to my location). I guess ultimately the big question is would I want to utilize this business again even if the work done was possibly their mistake or accept that I'm simply out 400 dollars and consider it an expensive lesson learned in the short run. Lastly, I wonder if my outside unit sustained any damage by running non stop for 5 days.
