As a commercial company with over 150 national locations, it is difficult to find a reputable company we can consistently rely on. Sara at the front desk was very polite and courteous. She was able to help me with any billing questions I may have. The technician and company didn't try to sell me services or items I didn't need.

Their rates were very reasonable, I had a different company Rhode which charged me $70 to climb a ladder calling it difficult access. Rich services, working on the same unit said it was nothing more than an 8 foot ladder needed to access the same unit.

It is previous experiences like this with other companies that will keep me working with Rich Services in the future.

I called for appointment the receptionist was very helpful and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. The technician was polite and knowledgeable. Fixed the problem and the fee was very reasonable. I will call them again.
