    This company went out of their way to get to us 5 hours away from their Belton, Tx office and busted tail all day today!

    I was assigned this company by American home shield. They came out and diagnosed my dryer. Found out my dryer needs to be replaced because the parts are no longer available. Well I’ve called and their voicemail box is always full. I spoken with Robert a couple of times in regards to having them get in contact with American home shield authorization department so they can replace my dryer. Well it’s been going on 8 weeks now without a dryer. I contacted ahs they tell they’ve been trying to get in contact with these guys and no one from stillhouse appliance has called them back or replied to the numerous emails sent to them from ahs. It seems I have to call ahs and start with another contractor. It’s a dang shame people pay them to come out and look at whatever needs fixing. Then turn around and get no service in return if the customer needs a new appliance. I will be reporting them to the bbb. Do not do business with this company.

    Unresponsive with Refrigerator Repair Follow Through
    This company was assigned by Choice Home Warranty for my refrigerator. The company came out and completed the diagnosis (compressor) but has not responded to multiple phone calls from us to check the status of when they will come to repair which was already approved by Choice Home Warranty. Their voice mail is full when you try to call and then you automatically get a text message saying to text them. We have texted and no response from texting either. It has been 4 weeks since the diagnosis was completed and submitted to Choice Warranty. Choice Warranty has also tried to reach the this company to no avail. We are now having to get another technician/contractor assigned and start the process all over again.

    Alas this company was allotted to me by American Homeshield.
    In all my years I never knew that not answering the phone and having a permanently full voice-mail box was a business strategy.
    If you're the sort of person who gets off on being frustrated or maybe you need to undergo some form of patience therapy then these are your go-to guys.

    Robert was polite and informative when servicing our GE fridge. Price was great. Our (non- emergency) appointment was scheduled for within 24hrs of calling. I would use again.

    I would like it if this was always the company my home warranty company uses. The technician was super friendly, almost like an old time friend of the family. The service was top notch a d he answered all my questions about the things he came to fix in my home, he even alerted me to some other deficiencies that I was unaware of for my appliances. He was fast,friendly and efficient.

    In May of 2021 my refrigerator stopped working. Through American Home Shield these contractors came to evaluate. They seemed really down to earth and also busy but reliable nonetheless. All went well until it was time to replace the part that was missing. It was impossible to get in touch with them.
    Timeline:
    May 2021- contractors contacted
    May 2021-contractors visited my house, (only visit)
    June 2021- AHS sent parts to contractors
    June 2021-contractors reported the job was completed
    July 2021-after numerous calls I finally get in contact with contractors and they agree to get me on their schedule but no date set due to being overly busy
    Between End Of July and now end of September, I have been unable to contact these contractors.

    I also tried numerous times to find out the issue but AHS was of little help until they figured out the contractors had lied to them. Now four months later, a new refrigerator, and a broken refrigerator in my garage, I’m finally getting a new contractor to fix my initial issue.

    While I’m sure that their work is good, their customer service and reliability need much work.

    I do not recommend.

    This man came out within a hour of the service call from American Home Shield. I was told the service tech needed to run to his shop to pick up the needed part... weeks later, no part, dishwasher still broken, and no one will answer my call. Update your customers in a timely manner. It's call customer service, and should be included in all your business practices.

    Robert came out via contract with American Home Shield to fix my refrigerator and dishwasher. He was great while here, fixed the fridge, and said he had to order a part for the dish washer. After nearly 2 months he has not responded to phone calls or emails, and my dishwasher is still broken.

    i use American home shield. They got the contract and took the payment of 100.00 never called or returned 1 of my 11 calls to set an appointment 1 month later I am still trying to get my dishwasher fixed because they lied and said the service had been completed .
