They did a great job. They gave us a fast, fair estimate and explained all of our options. Once we decided to hire them the work was done within a few days. We compared estimates and service with several other firms and found that Ainsworth was the most customer friendly and easy to work with of the several companies we obtained bids from. We would recommend them to our friends. Nice, friendly folks to work with.

Ainsworth & Co went 100% above and beyond in helping me with my home repairs. They not only came out within a day of me calling them, but also had my repairs both started AND finished the very next day. I genuinely cannot thank Junior, Ms. Laura, and the crew that came out enough. They were extremely respectful of my home and left everything cleaner than when they arrived. Upon completion of the service, they thoroughly went over the details of the job with me, as well as educated me about my current system and how it works. They also went over extra questions I had about other home projects I had planned and and took care in ensuring I was completely set and satisfied with the job they had done. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to meet the members ainsworth & co. and do business with them, and I definitely will use them again in the future if ever needed.

Logan is very professional and very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job cleaning my Split unit and clearing the line that was causing the leak into my house. He explained everything clearly to me and I was able to understand the issues. He provided me with excellent customer service and I appreciate it!

Justin Cooley came out today and did the spring service for my unit. He was a true professional. He was very kind and thorough when explaining what he was doing, why he was doing it and what I could do to keep my system in great shape. This is not my first time working with Ainsworth and there is a reason for that. A great company with Great people doing a Great Job!

Ainsworth recently performed our annual A/C maintenance and they did great. The technician, Justin, was very knowledgeable, polite, and very thorough. I would highly recommend Ainsworth for your A/C needs. Everyone we have dealt with at their office has been friendly and customer oriented.

I was very pleased with the installation of my new HVAC unit. Laura was very helpful helping me choose the best unit for my home. Damon and Daniel had my unit installed in one day, even though it was raining and my yard was flooded and muddy.
They all were so friendly, considerate, & answered all my questions. They even brought me the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had.
I have to say that Ainsworth AC sent me excellent service and would recommend them to everyone.

I would like to thank Tristan, Junior, Damon, Mike and the others who installed our new AC unit. They are the BEST! After Tristan completed our annual spring maintenance check, it was recommended that we needed a new AC unit (Ours was 24 years old.) Junior came that evening and thoroughly checked it out to determine what size unit we would need. He is extremely knowledgeable and covered all the details regarding installation of a new unit, ducts, and vents as well as answering our questions along the way. The crew arrived on time and the job was completed in one day. Damon and Mike followed up to ensure everything was completed. We are very satisfied with our new effecient and quiet unit. We strongly recommend Ainsworth and will continue to use them for all our AC/Heating needs.

Not sure if 24/7 is accurate. I called about 9:20pm and lady said a tech would call me back, 11pm came and i called…she apologized and said that they don’t service my area because I’m outisde 610 and they are in Baytown. I kept insisting I’m in Channelview neighbors to Baytown and basically I was a liar! I was willing to pay them $200 over $69 Channelview AC company charged me. I’m disappointed

We had a new Lennox Central Air and Heating unit installed by Ainsworth and Company today. I can’t begin to express how pleased we are with Junior and his team! From the time we called to the completed job everyone was so friendly, helpful, professional, honest and prompt and they are all such nice people! Junior and his team explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions that we had. They are very knowledgeable and it was a very pleasant experience all the way around! I highly recommend Ainsworth and plan to continue having them as our Air Conditioning and Heating providers, they are excellent! Charlene Sharp

Great people! Came out to do a review of our system that we have had issues with over past 5 yrs since bought home as new. Ainsworth was able to see immediate issues with airflow and remedy them for us. We were able to get on a maintenance plan as well. Great customer service, great communication and great work! Kudos to Mike for explaining all of the little things :)
