We've used Ainsworth for years on our system. Their service guys are probably some of the best in the business. Our most recent contact was for a total HVAC replacement. Junior showed and thoroughly explained our best options. We received prompt same day service with another group of prof professionals. This company went above and beyond our expectations.

Want to give a big shout out to Will Rhoudes for doing such a wonderful job working on our AC unit. I highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs.

I am really thankful and impressed with the customer service that I received using Ainsworth AC. They went above and beyond to earn my business.

Every effort was made to make sure that I knew what was going on with my AC and the best course of action to fix it. All of my questions were answered with a well explained answer, not just a bunch of empty words. Doing business with Ainsworth was more personal and I never felt like I was just being sold something.

Junior introduced me to everyone who was working on my house when they arrived. They were all courteous and kind when they were there and answered all of my questions. They got to work quickly and efficiently and cleaned up everything so well. They didn’t leave any trace of trash on the lawn or in my garage. I noticed a huge improvement in my air quality within the first couple hours.

They took pride in the whole process, from start to finish. It made the process really smooth. Junior even brought me a birthday cake since the job happened on my birthday! And I feel confident from the way that I was treated that if I had any issues that they would be quick to resolve them. They seemed to really value happy customers! My one complaint is that my cake wasn’t red velvet! Hahah jk

Great service! My problem was complex and Damon spent time researching the cause and was able to find the quickest cheapest option to fix. I appreciate his diligence to find the right solution rather than just taking the “shotgun approach”. I’ve been using Ainsworth for several years and will continue to do so!

Damon Savage was our technician. He was right on time and explained everything before and after the job was completed. He was respectful and professional as well. Overall, it was a great experience and would definitely recommend his services to anyone.

Just to blow out drain line and it was a Saturday they said 150.00 after he was done he charged 225.00 to my card. They did not stick to agreed price. They overcharged me. Beware using this business.

Tristen was a lifesaver fixing our A/C in this hot Texas summer heat. We really appreciate someone being able to come out same day to take a look at our unit and also to give us some insight on a future replacement.

Great experience, all around. We have our AC twice a year contract with Ainsworth, so we already used and liked them. Had to have a lot of AC equipment replaced, so we called them. From the nice person on the phone, the owner coming out that day for a quote, the service techs and the guys doing the work, the following day, all was good. Reasonably priced, fast, clean and professional. Would definitely use again and recommend anyone give them a try for any AC work.

The tech was nice and he seemed knowledgeable. They installed some equipment for my home that supposed to help me get rid of allergies, ill said they did a good job on the install. However, they give you a receipt with one total. So, if you have a complaint about an item. Its hard to know how much is the actual price. They installed a thermostat, an air scrubber, a filter cabinet and a vent for $2585. Plus $170 2 trip maintenance. I wish they would of told me how much each service cost. Because, they sold me a thermostat that supposed to adjust my humidity. And, is not true. I set to a desire humidity and doesn't work. When I called to have them fix it. They cNt. And they wanted to give a refund for $50 and I spend 2585 with all the equipment. Originally they wanted to charge $400 for the thermostat alone
Now is $50? For that, sounds like they scammed me. And now, its hard to know if they are true or not. So, be aware of the pricing. Thats all i can recommend
