My experience with the Ainsworth Company and their representatives was exemplary. The tech that came to my home, Damon Savage, was both knowledgeable and personable. His work was professional and quick, but he took the time to insure that I understood what was being done and why.

Been using this company around 20yrs. and have always been very pleased with the service. They are very knowledgeable about the systems and won't sell you what you don't need. Just bought a new system with complete duct work and they said I didn't need the size of unit I had. Ended up buying a smaller unit because that's what I needed. Would recommend this company at any time. We always ask for Logan to come out because he is very knowledgeable on the equipment. Always does a great job and cleans up afterwards. Does not do anything without explaining it to you.

Freddy did a great job today. Very professional and pleasant. His service was thorough as was his explanation. These maintenance visits always seem like a chore to me. We had such a pleasant experience that I will no longer dread them.
