We were having trouble with our main unit, and Mr. Logan Hebert came by in a timely manner to assess the situation. Before we knew it, it was functioning properly again. My husband and I were thrilled (as you know the weather is unbearable). Reasonably priced and a well mannered employee. Would hire him again in the future, indefinitely.

My AC needed service so I called Ainsworth. Their tech Will arrived and serviced my AC promptly and performed the required maintenance in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and my AC is now super cold. Will be calling them for my future needs. Thank again
Bad thunderstorm left me with no AC. Called after hours and Tristen came to check, he diagnosed it real quick it was a bad control board. This part needs to be ordered and it will take several days to be delivered. First call I received from Angel she told me that the local supplier will have the part delivered by July 17. (Today is June 27, so that is almost 3 weeks without AC) Angel told me that she will find the same part out of state and have it shipped quickly. She doesn't want us to have ac for weeks. The following morning got a call from Angel and she told me the part from out of state was delivered and Tristen will be coming the same day to install it. Tristen came and he went straight to our attic just to have the control board installed so the ac will start running again. Thank you Ainsworth for the great service and making sure our ac will be back running again. Special thank you to Angel and Tristen, talk about true professionalism and outstanding service.

BEWARE OF PRICE HIKE!!!! We asked our neighbor if they knew of a good AC Repair company and they recommended Ainsworth. The technicians quote to change a bad fan motor was 1200. He told us he didn't have the parts but could install in the morning. Unfortunately for him we did our homework on the internet and he was charging us 695.00 over price. W called another local company and they not only charged us 495.00 for the SAME BAD FAN MOTOR but had the part and installed the same day. WE WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AND IT'S MOST UNFORTUNATE BECAUSE NOW MY NEIGHBOR WILL NOT USE THEM SO THEY LOST TWO CUSTOMERS!!!
