Logan came to my house recently and diagnosed an issue with my ac system. He quoted me a reasonable price for rhe repair. He was very knowledgeable and explained the issue. I will be using Ainsworth in the future for my ac and heating services. Logan is a great tech

Dustin was great. He recognized a part that was failing and replaced it before it became an issue (during PM’s). Many homeowners on our street (Beach City/Cove) use this company because of their service.

Seemed honest but I did not receive a call they were on their way as requested and as I was told. This caused an issue. No issue with the work.

Tristen showed up promptly. He was friendly and professional. He immediately went to work diagnosing the problem. When he discovered we had a power surge he immediately fixed the problem. Our air conditioner is working great now. We couldn't have had a better experience. We have used Ainsworth for over 10 years and are always satisfied with their service. We highly recommend them.

Im not normally the type to share reviews or go past just paying and continuing but I have to say.. Logan really did an an outstanding job even on all the things I hadnt known about. Because this experience i will surely return.

Logan Hebert Handled a AC / Heating unit on my yacht was 2am and freezing outside showed up and had it fixed within the hour. Very professional and good price.

I called on Father’s Day afternoon and a live person answered the phone (I hate answering machines). She was very professional and courteous. She explained that the service fee would be higher because it was a holiday. Logan Hebert was the tech that came out. He called me when he was inbound and arrived promptly. He replaced the capacitor and cleaned my compressor. I was very pleased with the service I received. I would highly recommend Ainsworth & Co. to anyone needing A/C service.
