Outstanding service! Called for service at opening. I was told they could get to me between 12-2. I started heading to the house from work at 11:45. I live about 15 minutes away. About halfway home (about 11:50), I received a call from Tristan (the technician) saying he would be at my house in 15 minutes.

When he got to the house, I explained what was happening, and as I suspected it was a faulty capacitor. He replaced the part and did a general annual maintenance on my system. He was done by about 12:40.

Tristen was very polite and professional. He gave a few suggestions and was on his way! Glad I called Ainsworth!

I called and they got me on the schedule for the same day which was fantastic! When Tristen came he found the problem immediately and I had cold air back in my house within minutes of him being here! I am so pleased with their professionalism and with how quickly they had my unit back up and running correctly!!

Love this company....they have always been there for us in emergencies even when other companies wouldn't even bother. Always professional and very friendly. Explains everything they are doing so you can understand before they do anything. Love, love, love this company. I always recommend Ainsworth & Co to anyone asking about AC and Heating repairs or units. I would give them 10 stars if available.

Logan came to do our 6 month and yearly AC and Heating maintenance. I can't say enough good about his professionalism. He has always been very friendly and informative on what he was doing at all times. I can always trust him to keep my unit working at its best. Thank you Logan...😁

We were very pleased with the response from Ainsworth to our AC problem. The service
was prompt and professional. We especially want to thank Damon, Tristan, Will And Angel for going out of their way to have our repairs done as soon as possible. We’ve been using Ainsworth for years for seasonal check ups and have always been taken care of when we had a problem.

We have been using Ainsworth and Co. for the past few years. We use their maintenance service in the fall and spring and have been very pleased. We have called them for a couple of AC repairs and they came out the day we called them and completed the repairs at a reasonable cost. Tristen and Logan have been our service technicians. They are both knowledgeable and professional and always check out the entire system to make sure the repair is complete. They are also just nice, friendly guys who seem to enjoy their profession. The office staff are always so friendly and helpful as well.

Tristen ensured im a future customer of ainsworth with being so professional and dedicated to his work even at his age. 5 stars from me and the wife. Thanks ainsworth.

Michael showed up at 9 am and I was shocked. No one has ever been on time like that. He was here to do the maintenance for my a/c and to make sure everything is working well. Such a nice young man and so knowledgeable. I was so happy he took the time to talked to me to tell me what was going on. I really appreciate his super nice attitude and you could tell he enjoyed his job and was so helpful to make this such a nice experience and not an inconvenience.

Will was so professional and did such a thorough job, if me or my friends ever need hvac work again we will definitely be coming back. 10 of 10 recommend
