Technician arrived on time, had the knowledge and supplies to repair and maintain my equipment. I had called about what I thought was a faulty thermostat. As he was investigating, he discovered that the thermostat was okay, but a clogged condensate drain was causing the fault. He unclogged the drain line, drained the catch pan, and checked to be sure the thermostat was fully functional without replacement.

Service representives were courteous and professional. They arrived at my residence on time and immediately started to work on the problem with my well. Extremely knowledgeable, they explained exactly what the problem was and gave accurate cost for repairs. It was a great experience.

We are pleased with our service for our well needs . Sheldon has always been helpful as well as Chris. They know their wells and pumps and explain what's going on as well as offering alternatives. I will call on them again when I need well help.

These guys bailed me out of a disastrous situation. The previous electrician I was working with had a scheduling conflict and wasn't able to do the work on the day I had hoped. I had sheet rockers ready to throw up walls in time for cabinets to arrive from out of town but couldn't do it because I had no electrician. I called these guys up, the girl who took my call understood my situation and an awesome pair of electricians came out the very next day and helped me keep my project on schedule. As a result I ended up using them to re-wire the whole house and I am signing up for the AC/heater service plan as well as the electric service plan that they offered. I am SO thankful to them for keeping me on schedule and on top of that they were a pleasure to work with, did things the RIGHT way, corrected mistakes from past electricians, pulled permits quickly. These guys could be air traffic controllers. I never write reviews but these folks were awesome!

They wanted to charge me almost $600 to replace a flange on my toilet after they found it was broken I had already paid $188. Then they wanted almost $400 more to replace the flange. This is highway robbery. I could have gotten another place to replace it for $200 but they were too busy that day. $400 more to replace a flange is highway robbery. I will never use these people again and I will not recommend them to anyone. They did not even take the flange off to look at it either

This was my second experience with D'Spain and I was just as satisfied with this time as the first . Their service men are very professional and knowledgeable and all cost and such were discussed before any repairs were done. Thank you D'Spain!

D'Spain inspected my geothermal system. Brett the tech was friendly, and.thorough. Best of all, he found no issues with my system.

I found your company by searching for a company near where we live. You were very prompt with your coming out and giving us a estimate. You were here when you said. Cory and Chris were very professional! They came back and did what they said they would do.
I grew up on property but have been gone for 50 years. Parents have deceased and have no one who can advice us on things.

The guys were great when they came out, same day I called. They fixed exactly what I needed and didn't try to up sell anything. They even took the time to look at something else I didn't originally ask for. So glad they are in the plumbing business now!

Good work. They installed our ductless AC system in our garage and installed a larger tank and filter/pump system for our water well. Very well done.
