I call D'Spain for all my home needs. This time I needed an estimate on getting a new air conditioning system. James did the inspection and then he explained what was needed and he showed me several options so I could make the decision. I am going to have D'Spain do the work as soon as my electric company, BEC, does the energy audit. You can trust D'Spain.

Best company I've ever delt with in Bandera, which is saying a lot. Great people. There used to be a guy named Alan, I believe, from Boston. He was a knowledgeable character. But, everyone else has been just as awesome.

D'Spain Sales and Service removed my eyesore 35 year old booster pump house, and built a new one in the same spot without me losing water service for more than a few hours total. The craftsmen all knew what they were doing, and were freindly and easy to talk to.( I was not always in a good mood for other reasons, they put up with me ) The real test, my wife is very happy with the job, they finished the last touches the day before the big freeze and snow began! My house pipes froze a few times, but the new pump house with the weatherizing they did never froze or had a hitch. Good job, guys! Trey D'Spain gets five stars from our house! Very happy with our new AC units from D'Spain. The crew did an excellent job on our install. They worked hard, were very efficient and courteous. I was especially happy at how clean they left our place. Not many companies are as competent. Would definitely recommend!

Ronnie and Trevor were awesome. When they arrived at my residence they quickly were able to diagnose and assess what the problem was with my system. Even though they were only able do a temporary fix to my system it was much appreciated. They then told me my options for a new system and how I could go about getting it without having to go in debt. Both were very honest and did not try any shady sales tricks. Definitely will be using D'Spain for future repairs and preventative maintenance.

I had been nursing along an old A/C unit. It finally went out in the heat of August. D’Spain responded quickly. Everyone I dealt with was professional, on time and explained everything. My new inside and outside unit are working great. The best it has been in years. Great clean up, too. Thank you!

We used D’Spain to upgrade some main electrical service panels. The job was rather involved but the guys were very capable and conscientious in getting the job done on time. We have had the same experience with the water well repair guys. The D’Spain group impresses me with their commitment to customer service and wanting to get the job done right to please the customer. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others and will continue to call on them for our repair needs.

Was very happy with the whole process with getting a new a/c unit installed! Every person I came in contact with in this company was very professional, polite, on time, and very careful while in my house! They covered my carpet and their shoes. I highly recommend them!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about D’Spain. We had a major water issue the Wednesday before Thanksgiving around 3:30. Despite being a late service call before a major holiday they came out a 25 minute drive to our place. It was not an easy fix but our technician assured us we would have water before he left and he was right. If it wasn’t for him we would of had to pack everything up and go back to San Antonio to try and salvage Thanksgiving. He was courteous, determined, and knew what he was doing. He saved our first Thanksgiving at our new place. Priceless. We are very grateful.
