The plumbing team did an excellent job of installing a new faucet and updating the plumbing in the sink in the master bathroom. The job was complicated because I had purchased a new modern faucet to install in a 26 year old house. Add to that the discovery that the cutoff to the sink was not working and needed replacement. I am delighted with the results and would recommend their services to anyone in need of plumbing work.

We have been using D'Spain since 2008 when they installed a Mitsubishi Slim Jim in our newly-constructed workshop. A few years later, we had them install a new heat pump and air handler system in our house. They are responsive to immediate needs, arrive when they say they will, and call ahead to tell you they're on their way. We have been very pleased with their advice, their work, and their customer service. For several years, we've had a reasonably-priced annual service contract with D'Spain so they can keep our equipment in top shape. We depend on them and know they will be there when we need them. Highly recommend!

Used the plumbing service. Men came 2 hours early (home anyway), replaced all the bathroom sink hardware with parts I furnished. Hour and a half labor. Did a good job. Expensive, was not expecting the $90 showup fee D'Spain charged.

I have used D'Spain for service and to install a new AC unit in my home and they are wonderful. All of their employees are prompt, professional and courteous. The new unit was priced competitively and I am very satisfied with the installation and product. Their service is a little expensive since they recently raised their prices, which is why 4 stars, but I still recommend and use them.

We've had D'Spain provide electrical-related service twice in the last 3 months. Each of the problems were unrelated and different and D'Spain provided excellent services. They recognized the emergency nature of the first episode (where we lost power to the house) and quickly responded. The technician was not only knowledgeable, but provided excellent and courteous service, taking extra effort to locate and procure required replacement parts and then install. Bottom line is we would definitely use them in the future and whole-heartedly recommend.

I own Juniper Hill Stables and I am the GM at The West 1077 Guest Ranch. We recently needed some help with our well at The Ranch. I initially spoke with Steve. He was very nice and courteous. He completely understood the urgency of the situation. We needed to fix the water problem before our 14 guest cabins filled up that weekend !!!! He sent a crew to The Ranch asap. It took some investigating to discover the problem. His guys were great about communicating with me about what needed to be done, how much it would cost, how long it would take etc....They took the time to do a quality repair. D'Spain installed our Central AC/Heating in our new home. Everyone from beginning to end have been professional, knowledgeable, dependable and courteous. We opted for the semi annual checkups and continue to be very satisfied with D'Spain. I would highly recommend D'Spain to anyone no matter what type of system you are needing.

Frank from D’Spain was awesome to work with. He setup our patio fans, outlets and ran the electricity for our hot tub. He treated our home like his own and was a complete professional. 5 stars all the way.

D'Spain has been servicing our heater/air conditioner since 1998. Technicians are very knowledgeable and have always been very courteous. They go out of their way to inform us as to what is needed to take care of whatever problem exists and to do it as soon as possible. We are thankful for their service and would highly recommend them!
