D'Spain Sales and Service

My well collapsed and I basically had no water to my house. Ray and his crew responded immediately, arranged emergency water delivery to my house for my family, and got to work on my well as soon as they could. There were cheaper bids but cheaper ain't always better. I knew Ray and his crew did quality work so I stuck with them. Highly recommend them to anyone with well problems!

I never have to worry about D'Spain being here on time. They do quality work at a fair price. Some other people may be cheaper, but you get what you pay for. In my book, D'Spain is the best choice in the Bandera area.

I recently purchased and had installed ,a new central air unit from them, they were very helpful and understanding of my needs, both personal, and financial, their technicians were prompt, courteous, friendly, and professional.i was immediately called for a follow up, which I appreciated very much. One of the worst customer service companies I've ever dealt with. I set up two appointments for service. The first time was for 10am. I got a call at 10 saying he was leaving Bandera & would be there in a hour. Two hours later he still wasn't there. I called & cancelled. I thought I would give them another chance. They were supposed to be here at 9:30 to 9:45 today. They didn't show up & no phone call. I would highly recommend to stay away from this company. They really don't want any business & will waste your time!!

Talk about follow up!
I called Ray after my ex-wife had been without water for 2 1/2 weeks courtesy of the winter storm. I could not find the correct booster pump for the water well. Ray and company did not have the pump either nor would they get one for quite some time. Ray didn't blink an eye to help me on more than one call, work through what I could do temporarily get the well going. Then he called me two or three times to see if I needed anything. I found a pump that would work at Home Depot and he still contacted me again to see what fittings I may need. I'll be getting a couple of fittings from him so I can go back and fix the job right. These are the kind of people you do business with. Truly wants to help out, and not just sales and service. Thanks to Ray.

D'Spain came out to repair central heating unit assessed problem ordered part and installed valve and checked that unit was working properly. We were very satisfied , would recommend them highly .

I have had two a/c units repaired and both experiences were great. Communication with the office staff was very clear and the technician was excellent. While performing the second repair he even found a part that was starting to fail and was able to replace it while he was already here and since it was under warranty it was at no cost to me. I highly recommend them.

D'Spain has given me nothing but the best service for at least 4 or 5 years now. They are easy to work with and make appointments and they show up when they say they will. I highly recommend them for both AC and heating service.

Workers were on time let me know when they would arrive. Quickly identified the problem. Let me know what they had to do to fix it and what it would cost. And then did a smooth repair and kept my property clean and neat. They even showed me what they had done and let me see the damaged parts. The problem worked out to be much less than anticipated.
