Quick response time, and their service staff are exceptional—polite, efficient and arrive exactly when they say they will. D’Spain hires really good people who know their problem solving and repair skills with confidence and quick follow through. I am grateful to have them available to our area.

Already told office it was septic smell. Plumber comes out he could clearly smell it. Told him new gas relief valves under sinks and clean out had no water flow. Any experienced plumber would have know there was a leak in septic pipe. Proceeds to check everything I just told him. I explained septic guy already advised it was a plumbing issue. Afterwards he tells me we don't do septic leaks due to biohazard! What do you do then? They would not even go in crawl space and then charged 3x what was quoted. For what you did not do anything. Do not use them for plumbing of any kind! Next day had person come, crawled into crawl space, fixed it, spread crystals to soak up waste, 1/4 of cost this company charged. Smell is dispersed. Not an honest nor reputable company. Use Jerry and sons! They owe a refund.

Great service from the start to finish! James was very knowledgeable and professional. Their was no high pressure sales pitch! The AC install crew worked hard; kept us informed during the installation and did a thorough cleaning when done! The system works great!

We were on our way home from a trip when we received a call from D’Spain telling us our smart thermostat had alerted them to a high temperature in our house. They asked if we wanted them to send out a technician to find the cause of the problem before they closed for the day so we did not have to sleep in a hot house. They sent the technician who found ants in the outside unit had shorted out a contact. He had our unit back on line in a short period of time. I was impressed with the level of service especially their concern about getting us help before they closed for the day.

Wonderful experience, great people, worth every penny! John & Israel were very professional, easy to talk to just made it a great experience. They were patient with all my questions and helped take out my old system. Even helping to seal up our old duct work & take out our window units. Way above any beyond. James drove 45 minuets just to give us a quote, took care of the warranty paperwork for us, explained everything even watching my son’s magic tricks. Ronnie came out to check our levels a week later, thank you d’spain for having such a great group of people. You have a customer for life

D'Spain installed a new HVAC system in my home in 2006 when I first purchased my ranch. I've continued to use them over the years to service and maintain the system. In January of this year, I discovered that the blower motor was not running. A D'Spain service man came out the next morning and advised that the blower motor would need to be replaced. Given the age of the system, and the expense of a blower motor, I opted to replace the whole system. Ray D'Spain called a short while later and offered to come out to look over the situation and discuss my options, which he did. I opted for a mini-split system, which D'Spain installed the following week. I'm happy with the new system and with the quality of the service I receive.

I Just had D'Spain redo my electrical panels and let me tell you what! They did a fantastic job! Triston and his apprentice were top notch. They were on time, friendly, fast, professional, and got my issues taken care of! This is a company to model after. I will definitely be calling them back! The inside team got me scheduled quickly and were very informative of what and when things were going to be done. If you need something done, AC, Electrical, or plumbing these are the guys to call! I live and San Antonio and they are from Bandera, they had no issue coming to town to take care of me! Thanks D'Spain!

The technician was very thorough in checking our heating and cooling system. He was also very informative about the system and what to expect in the future. I'd recommend D'Spain to anyone in the Hill Country area. We've used them for years and they've always done excellent work.

D'Spain is one the best companies to use in the Hill Country area for several things. My experience with them has been mostly for water well repair, and I would Highly recommend them based on their service performance, cost, and honesty. We have closer well companies to where I live, but I always choose D'Spain for any work on my well.
