Since the company called my landlord and complained about my original review, out of respect for my landlord I have removed it, but the 1 star stands!

AC went down called Gold Eagle based on excellent reviews. Very friendly efficient Office staff step up service appointment. Was not disappointed, on time, excellent professional service. Highly recommend Gold Eagle Services.

They came out when they said they would, offered several options, charged a fair price which was what we agreed upon in advance, and everything went fine. Keating was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had an Airbnb guest staying there at the time while I was out of town and they also commented on how professional and friendly the service tech was.

These guys are awesome!! They came out. Told us everything was running well, did an easy fix and charged us accordingly. You have customers for life. Thank you for your honesty!

Keating was professional from the moment He answered our call. Upon arriving on time to donning PPE he was polite and thoroughly explained our options. He didn’t try to up sell us on what we didn’t need to fix our issue. We will use in the future and will recommend.

Gold Eagle is fabulous! They are competent and thorough. There could not be better service and quality all around from appointments to service followup. Outstanding!

Responded quickly when the heater went out in the coldest day of the year. They worked quick and it made us so happy they did an amazing job!! Highly recommended!!

I appreciate same day service. Guy came out; the issue was what I suspected (a capacitor, part is less than $25 new); took him 30 minutes to unplug, plug a wire; screw it on; cost $349.00.

My lucky day. My AC hadn't been blowing cold the past couple of weeks until I spotted a technician getting into his service van in the HEB parking lot on Brodie.
Since I do not live too far away he agreed to stop by. This guy was super knowledgeable and very friendly. It certainly helped he had experience in not only these residential cases, but also on commercial units such as grocery stores!
With some added refrigerant my Lennox AC was soon blowing cold air throughout the house. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for someone trustworthy with reasonable prices.

The gentleman come the same day and fixed the ac. The price was great $99. He was excellent, very professional and quickly figured out the problem. By the time he was done, I was all smiling.
