Had a really great experience from responsiveness, the service technician being informative and kind, and the actual repair itself was fixed:
- sent a message through the “contact us” link in the website at 7pm the evening we discovered the issue.
- the very next day at 9am, I received a call and a technician asked my availability. He showed up in 30 minutes. Shout out to Jedidiah!
- he evaluated the interior system, and then proceeded outside, found the issue and fixed the problem
- he was aware I was on the gold eagle annual membership plan and included the 10% members discount to the final cost without me having to remind him.

I’d highly recommend Glold Eagle services, and their annual member plan package! Worth it for piece of mind.
