Gold Eagle Services

I have had Gold Eagle Services to my home several times. They are always good about scheduling. The techs are always courteous and knowledgeable! Recently, it was for my heater. But I've had them for both the heater and air conditioning. Parts of my units are 25 years old!

Art from Gold Eagle did great job inspecting and fixing my AC unit. He found to a leak and provided several options to address the issue. I was very satisfied with his professionalism and communication. Will definitely use them again

Fast and professional delivery and installation of a mini-split unit. Best customer service. Experienced installers. Rooms were clean when they came in, just as clean when they left!!! No trash around the yard either.

Amy arranged service when heat was working sporadically. Solution was to rewire my thermostat. They fixed the problem and repaired the parts that were incorrectly installed. Excellent company and people. Will use them again

I discovered an issue with my air conditioner blowing warm air the first time I turned it on this year. I reached out to Gold Eagle via their web site and discussed my problem. I did some troubleshooting of my own and determined it was something I needed a professional to look at. I called Gold Eagle and they scheduled me for a service call within three hours. Jedediah showed up within that time frame and discovered a coolant leak in my outside unit. He had it fixed before he left but could not fill the tank with coolant as he did not have enough on hand. He scheduled a visit for next day. He came back and filled the tank the next morning as planned and I am ready now for summer. Unfortunately another winter storm warning for the area is in place today, so use of the AC unit is going to have to wait since the heater is back in use.
Jedediah was extremely professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Gold Eagle came quickly when I really needed them because my AC was leaking and causing water damage! It was a headache but they made the process smooth and came and drained what needed to be drained. But I was so happy with the service that I had them replace the old cheap pan that was installed by another company a few years ago that didn't end up lasting. These guys know what they're doing, install quality products and I'm very happy with the results knowing that I don't have to worry about this happening again. I highly recommend them!

I was having trouble finding someone to service my mini splits on a warm Friday, but Gold Eagle got out there by noon. Sina was able to diagnose the issue and get everything working. Great job.
