After having the original AC unit in my home for almost 20 years, I knew it was time to replace the entire system. I made a few calls and decided to go with Gold Eagle and I'm so happy I did. Stephani was so pleasant to work with and was very thorough in answering all of my questions and got me scheduled with the earliest appointment available. When the day came to have the system installed, Jay and Jeff explained everything they were going to do in the simplest terms so that I understood what they were doing. They did such an amazing job and the two of them worked so well together, it was as if they were never there after the job was complete. The two of them took the time to show me how to setup the app as well as show me how to control the AC and heat from my phone. I am extremely happy and pleased with the service I received and I highly recommend Gold Eagle Services!

I’ve utilized Gold Eagle for a few years now and I love working with their team. Fast and reliable services each time I’ve needed them. We had a clog in the AC drainage system so it was leaking water into the drain pan late one evening. They had a guy there by 8 am the next morning to fix it. They’ve done 2 different AC inspections (on prospective properties) for me with detailed reporting, and installed 2 different Nest thermostats which are amazing. They also seem to be cheaper than their competitors, which is a bonus. Quick, professional, high quality service

This is long over due… I called for a simple duct cleaning inspection for an estimate and the technician from golden eagle cut into my supply plenum. I called the manager Keating Kuhn to fix it and the patch work was all they did and claimed that because they are licensed it gives them a right to cut into peoples property without letting them know. I asked why it was not mentioned prior and keating says because they are license they can cut into the plenum without any notice. Even if it’s your property and you just called for a simple estimate and They cut into your plenum! Wow!!! Then he goes on and says I am asking for them to replace it because they found small molds. This was the third company I called to give an estimate just for duct cleaning and this was the only company that cut into perfectly working plenum. I recommend that you go somewhere else. I sued him and the sheriff couldn’t deliver the mail to serve him because they refused to open their door! Not their first time being served!
