The Gold Eagle team was super professional and helpful, I couldn’t have asked for better service

My furnace was not blowing hot air. Gold Eagle Services technician came and diagnosed the unit. He did not see a major problem. He reset and unit and spent one hour to monitor the burner to make sure it was working. He did not want to sell anything to me. The ne t day I called the company again because of the same problem. The technician came and still unable to find a component problem. He did not want to sell anything to me, just reset and spent another hour to ensure that there was not fault code. The company did not charge me the second service. The furnace is working now. Gold Eagle Service is a honest company and I will use them in the future.

Jay arrived early. He did a mold air quality test inside my living space and outside for a comparison. Did a visual inspection of the AC unit as well as going around the perimeter of the place to check other possible problems. He was very informative, professional and I was impressed by his thoroughness Answered all my questions and concerns. Plus he was a really nice guy. Thank you 😊

We had Gold Eagle Services come out to assess the unit on the first floor. They were able to come out and fix the issue. When another issue occurred on our second level we immediately called them to fix the second issue. When they came out they added refrigerant to our unit. Less than one week later our unit was exhibiting the same issue. We called Gold Eagle to come back out and fix the same problem. They said they would not come out without charging us the $69 diagnostic fee. We explained to them, not only are we retuning customers but they were out less than one week ago for the SAME unit. Unwilling to work with us and help solve the issue. We ended up going with another company.

This service was done in one of our rentals in Pflugerville as we live in San Diego. The entire staff was quick to respond and very helpful throughout the entire process. Not being there to meet the technician, they were able to coordinate with the tenant and inform me of the scope of work that needed to be done. Our tenant also had great things to say about the technician that did the work. I feel I have a trusted partner in Austin that we can reach out to any time we have an issue with a unit.

The team here is great. I called at 6pm and was able to get an appointment early in the morning next day to get the A/C looked at. Technician was on time, offered us a fair price for repair or replacement of our condenser. Given age of our condenser, we opted for replacement. Within a couple hours of accepting the invoice, the technician was back at our house and had the job complete by 5pm (same day as initial estimate). Thank you! Will be coming back to this company when we are ready to have our duct work redone.

Awesome service! My appointment was Friday, the technician came today( a day before my appointment). He was very polite, professional and demonstrated a high level of expertise in his work. What I liked most, was he kept me informed with every step of his service and what he was doing. Very knowledgeable.

The technician arrived on time and gave a 15 minute courtesy call. He was extremely courteous and professional. Quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem in 30 minutes. Our system is running perfectly now. Another company misdiagnosed the issue and said a full replacement of our system would be necessary. So glad we got a second opinion. Will definitely use this company again.

I had an emergency with one of my properties. Of course it was over 100 degrees outside and the AC was not cooling under 85 degrees. I called Golden Eagle not really knowing them or their reputation. Turns out they are the best and honest. Ants ate through the connectors and it was an easy and quick fix.

Strongly recommend Gold Eagle Services for your AC needs!! Was assigned to them through Choice Warranty for next day service on our 34 year old air conditioner, but when I called Gold Eagle to see if there was an earlier time slot, they sent someone within an hour. Keating is an extremely kind, respectful and knowledgeable young man! It took him about 5 minutes to diagnose the problem and he explained everything to me in easy to understand terms. I must say - I was VERY impressed!! He ordered the part for us and came back to install it when it came in. My husband thought it would take him several hours to replace the part, but Keating only took about 45 minutes. Needless to say, my husband was also very impressed with the service!! Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly and I couldn't be happier with their service! It's nice to know there are still some good, honest, respectful companies out there! Too bad we couldn't get the same service from Choice Warranty!
