Gold Eagle just finished fixing our heater after a bad install from another heating company. It’s currently the middle of December and really cold. Gold Eagle has now come out to our house three days in a row to diagnose and service our house. On top of that, they’re super friendly, and reasonably priced for a heating service. I’m blown away.

Five stars for great service, communication, and friendliness from Gold Eagle Services! Made an appointment on Wednesday for Keating to come out on Saturday - such a smooth booking experience. Keating messaged and showed up within the stated timeframe. He inspected everything, explained what was wrong, and fixed it just in time for the hot Texas summer! All in all, it took about two hours. I definitely recommend giving Gold Eagle Services a call!

Gold eagle worked with me to make sure our air conditioning worked before we open our home business. They helped me out with payment plans and scraped all of the dog fur and grime our of our system. Keating was an awesome tech and explained everything along the way.

Keating Kuhn is a wonderful individual. I have experienced wonderful customer service but Mr. Kuhn and Gold Eagle Service were exceptional. Keating was patient and had taken the time to listen to our needs and concerns on a last minute house call. (Leak in ceiling, inaccurately diagnosed by insurance adjuster) He is knowledgeable in his profession and went above and beyond to ensure we, as the customer, were satisfied. He did not rush when assessing the situation and was truthful and honest about his findings. A truly great individual. My AC went out a few days ago and after not hearing back from the first guy who came to look at it my landlord called Gold Eagle. I don't think it was even an hour from the time he called to the time they showed up! Art was very professional & friendly & was able to get my AC working again in no time! Hopefully there won't be a next time, but if there is we won't waste time calling anyone other than Gold Eagle Services. Thanks so much!

The technicians were very qualified and curtious. They arrived, diagnosed the problem then fixed it in less than 20 minutes.

No attempts at upselling or pushing of any kind.
Most AC companies I've dealt with in the past treat me like a rube or a mark (if they can even speak English) then try talking me into buying new HVAC systems or they asked me questions about my older unit then take any drip or squeak I'd report and exaggerate them to scare me of all the terrible possibilities if I didn't buy a new system from them right away etc... not the Golden Eagle guys.
This company really serves the customer's needs at very affordable prices without any upsell.

As someone who's disabled on a fixed income it's nice knowing there's still honest companies that don't size you up trying to bilk every dollar they can from you for services or repairs you don't need or want.
