Had a big repair with our toilet and flange below, Eddie and Tim were great with the initial quote and the service. Price was best and they didn't leave till we had a working toilet, even bringing a cracked tank back to the store to replace for us. Great service and very professional, can't recommend enough, thank you very much.

Abacus, was outstanding! I called several places they were all busy and could not address our emergency for days out. I called Abacus, with a plea for help as we were without water. They promptly, with concern and sympathy, sent us Clayton. Clayton, was five stars! Knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, professional, and did outstanding work. We will be calling Abacus first from here on out!

The service was very good. The technician was professional and on time and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. The only negative I'd have to say is that it was pretty pricey for a 15 minute job but they do provide a 1 year warranty on the work done.

We've used Abacus twice now, and I'm prompted to leave a review because of their excellent service, and great value. Their technicians are friendly and both time have gone above and beyond on customer service. Our wiring issue was resolved and priced fairly. The most recent visit was to check on an AC unit acting "funny" and as always, they were timely, professional, and provided top notch work.

Do not use this company, they will mislead you on the work they are doing and charge you way more than needed and give you one big invoice with no transparency on the work done. And good luck if you need to provide any valid documentation for an insurance claim, they will not help.
